Was trying to place an order from them for our university. Due to the fact that we are tax exempt; I have to speak to the location directly but they never answer their phone. When they don't answer it takes me back to the call center. I went on this loop 6 times till I gave up. I can't order online due to tax exempt issue. Some ANSWER THE PHONE!

This isn’t the first time this particular store has failed to meet customer expectations. So I place an order late last night, I get a text right before they close that they’ve handed over my pizza delivery to Door Dash who i assume is on the way since it’s already been almost an hour. Well after updating the delivery tracker I can see they’ve let to pick up the pizza and I’m thinking wow I hope the store remains open past closing in order for my driver to pick it up. Wait, I’ve now been handed over to another driver who heading to Pizza Hut to get my order, great now their coming from another direction so I’m waiting and waiting until low and behold my order was cancelled but Pizza Hut did not fail to take my payment which I’m sure now I have to argue with the manager about a refund. Look I know they’re not responsible for Door Dash but it’s a reflection on you if you decide to turn your product over to another vendor and they fail. Cmon Pizza Hut, you know better that if it’s close to closing time don’t take the order! Advise your customer that your closing soon and can’t deliver, something besides not telling me my pizza has been canceled an hour later and my money in my account is less because I was charged for it . I barely had time to reach their competitor who delivered as promised. I can’t say I’d order from Pizza Hut again or maybe this store and it’s manager is the problem, all I can say is it was a waste of my time relying on Pizza Hut to come thru and I hope they give me back my money they took.

As my son will say: "Who can out pizza the Hut?"Order app/online, take me time to drive 1.2 Mi. and usually wait under 5 min for my order. Most recently order is waiting for me, Ordered, Drove, walk in-out Home. No complaints!
Great Prices! Make sure to Track your Order!! Mine always comes late, and Pizza is cold. No plates, no chile flakes, no parmesan, nothing... A little overpriced for Pizza.

When they deliver its fine, but on several occasions I've been SURPRISED after my order that DOORDASH will be delivering. They are never on time, food is always cold IF all the food is even there.I ordered before 1pm expecting to have my food by 2pm so I can be finished eating by 3 to do my job. Well it was moments away for 20mins what was originally a 1:45 delivery turned into a 2:35 delivery of cold food.Let us know before we order if you can actually deliver before giving our food to some 3rd party.
