The second time in a row, they failed to do the curb side when I ordered it that way. Ended going in 15 minutes past ready times only to find out it's sitting in the warmer. Do not offer a service if you can't provide the service. There's nothing like getting $30 luke warm pizza that's been ready.

Worst customer service ever. Received deliveries before but now all of a sudden I can't. Call in to place my order and ask for specials and get told online only... Only to pull up to see a giant posters for specials. Walked in only to have 3 employees just look at me and not say a single word. After 2 minutes someone comes up, I asked if the special on the window was online only, to which he said yes. I asked the sign you have on your window is online only? And after he checked he said it's available in store. Trash service and employees.

I would give zero stars if the was an option. Pizza Hut is at the bottom of the pizza restaurant businesses. What they used to be they are not even close anymore. Way overpriced and the service and simple respect for customers has hit the bottom and they just keep digging.Parking: I had to fill this out to be able to post.

This location continually shows an extreme lack of custom service. After requesting curbside, the lazy employees failed to bring my food out, although I completed the check in process. It was when I walked in that I saw my food sitting on the counter, cold. After getting home I realized I was not given what I ordered. Already frustrated, I decided to drive back to get my order corrected. After explaining what I had ordered, the employee refused to remedy the situation.

Im a doordash driver. Every time Ive had to come here, the employees mostly ignore me or give me false information about how long i have to wait. Every time I’ve had to pick up food here, I wait at least 40 minutes longer than when it says it will be ready, and this time I waited over an hour. Im sure the food tastes good but if you are going to order here expect bad service and long wait times.

Fast and courteous service. They were really helpful letting me know if I order online first, I get a discount.

Do not order from this place. We ordered delivery and they left it outside of my neighborhood's gate. I live in a gated community, no one called to ask the gate code. I called for a refund and spoke to Scott who was supposedly a manager on duty and says he wasn't capable of doing a refund and I would have to wait to speak to another manager the following day. The only other option was for them to re make the pizza and we would have to go get it ourselves even though we already tipped and paid for the original order. They were rude on the phone and still have not gotten a refund! I have a photo of where they left the pizza, by the time i went to get it someone had stolen it!

If I could give it a zero, I would. Waited 90 minutes for our food. It was all cold. Called and was put in for 30 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone. This is ridiculous. Just after I purchased 70 pizzas the weekend before from a different store. This store is awful. I can’t even get ahold oh anyone to get a refund. If I would have known they were passing the order off to doordash, I would have never ordered from there.

If I could put zero stars I would . I ordered my delivery at 6:30 pm. I called after an hour, 7:30pm to ask for an update and they said the delivery guy was out there but had a lot of orders to delivery . I called again at 8:10pm, whoever answered was rude so I asked for a refund after waiting for almost 2 hours!! Don’t even Order from here, I should’ve read the reviews before I did.
