Driver did not have any cheese or peppers with her. I had forgot to ask for some when I placed the order. I delivered for Pizza Hut for 16 yrs at five different locations, I ALWAYS had cheese and peppers to give to customers.

*THERE IS NO BUFFET, FOR LUNCH OR DINNER, AT THIS PIZZA HUT OUTLET!!!*I can't say for any other locations here in San Antonio, but the manager was super friendly, and said the buffet stopped 4 years ago.

Yeah, it's trash. Pickup was marked as ready, got to the restaurant, and the pizzas were piling up in the oven with no attention whatsoever. Pizza literally fell out of the oven.Wasn't busy being a Sunday night, and no acknowledgement given at all to the customers pooling at the counter. Another guy who hadn't even ordered yet voiced his dismay and walked out.There was a black male employee just staring at people, walked out to the dining room, staring out of the window. Not helpful at all. Didn't care. The Hispanic dude was trying to catch up on the pizza falling out of the oven, and the female employee was non chalantly working.If a brand ever wonders why they're declining, it's because of issues like this. Poor customer service, lack of responsibility when the boss (hopefully) isn't around, and no pride in their work. This isn't the first issue I've overlooked here.Skip this location.

This is not a good place to order pizza,they made me wait 20 minutes when it said it was done, after they gave it to me I got home and it was not cook well you could feel the dough.This has happened to me multiple times.

The people that work in pizza hut on Nacogdoches road are always on point! Making sure I'm taking care of. I will continue to order from there when I'm in the mood for some pizza. Thank you guys :)

Clean location with a friendly staff. I have been ordering from this location for over 30 years. My order is ready on time and generally made correctly. When it hasn't been, they try to quickly correct the situation. Great Customer Service!
