Ordered online with no problem. Walked in the front door to the front counter after the bell went off alerting the employees that someone was needing some assistance. I waited for a while then walked over to where I could get someone’s attention asking if I could pay for my pizza. The person I asked went to the Manager’s office and another employee told me that they would be right with me. Manager walked out of her office didn’t say hello or anything like I was interrupting. I really don’t like being treated like this. I’m leaving this comment and feedback just trying to warn people about the Dezavala location. I don’t think this manager likes her job, terrible customer service and attitude.
Be aware of missing items. I ordered a pizza and wings but only received the pizza and it was delivered via Door Dash. And we even gave a tip beforehand! We were told we would be reimbursed half of our total via Door Dash and still no reimbursement. I called Door Dash but was told Pizza Hut would have to reimburse. I called Pizza Hut and have to wait for a call back. This happened two weeks ago! Very disappointed in this terrible service. Won’t be ordering from any Pizza Hut again.

Staff clothing appears dirty, dress appearance was very unprofessional. Staff were rude and condescending provided no service. Cashier was angry and aggressive in her response and comments. Denied service that app claimed. (Curbside delivery)

There are no plates, napkins or silverware for dining in. When you walk in there is a sign that says they will seat you. Then get irritated with you when you wait and tell you to sit anywhere. Advertise beer for sale but they don't sell beer.

I ordered a Tastemaker Pizza at the De Zavala location with Pepperoni Sausage and mushrooms. It was amazing!! I especially loved the size and flavor of the sausage. Awesome!!
Pizza and boneless wings were delish for lunch. Kinda sad that they don't do the salad bar anymore like the good ol days but it was still nice to sit in a Pizza Hut again and tickle the nostalgia
The manager Sam was RUDE she completely hung up on me when I was discussing her they delivered the wrong order. They do not have their own drivers they use door dash drivers. I was also waiting 2hrs for my food which was not my food. Do not recommend!

I witnessed a Pizza Hut driver almost cause an accident on 12/9 around 4pm. He pulled out of a neighborhood on Vance Jackson just north of De Zavala without checking for oncoming traffic. A car was coming and it swerved out of the way just in time. He could have gotten someone killed. This place needs to hire better drivers.
