Pizza Hut is nothing like it used to be. They have skimped so much on toppings. Even when you order a supreme it ends up looking like a one topping pizza. The crust is tasteless since that took that away too.Parking: Plenty parking as most spaces not taken. That should tell you something

The Alamo ranch location on a Friday night is not the best. Took 40 min for a pizza and 12 wings. The wings were wrong flavor and were cold. The pizza was correct tho. Love Pizza Hut tho so would be ordering again but maybe not this

Robert at this location is such a great asset to this team! I came to the drive thru too early & my pizza wasn't ready! Robert let me pay & asked that I drive back up in about 8 minutes. I got distracted and notice he's walking to my car with my pizza. He said "Your pizza was done earlier so I thought I'd bring it to you, have a blessed day". Thank you Robert for taking just a moment to help this busy working mom get moving!

Pizzas are usually undercooked but haven't been able to order in a whole considering neither the app or the website function properly. App won't let you add to cart, website freezes and won't let you do anything. According to others online, the web and app issues have been going on for years.

Poor customer service. Ordered here several times and only had order made right once. Employees and management will argue with you when you tell them that the order was made wrong. Will not give refunds only store credit. Why would you want credit for a place that does not care how they make their food and does not care about the customer. I would go to another pizza hut location.....go to a place where they want to get the order right and care for their customer. Just dont eat here you will be disappointed.

Amazing customer service! The workers that were working in cashier seem new employees they were respectful and had great attitude, They fixed my order straight away and I could see that their were very busy! And ofc I tipped well!

We had great service and great food there. Michael, the manager was very generous and professional, and so was all the staff. They all asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. I recommend going to this Pizza Hut. And you get really good service there. Autumn did an awesome job also being her first day. And they all deserve a raise!
This Pizza Hut now has a lifelong customer. I have been there about four or five times but twice within the past month. Both of these recent times I was greeted by the lovely cashier lady despite them being jam packed with orders. The first time I was there I had accidentally put in the wrong cell phone number for my mobile order, they ran out of the pizza I wanted and was unable to call me. When I came in they apologized for MY MISTAKE and then comped my food in a comparable style of pizza for the trouble. The second time today was the weirdest one. Not in a mood for pizza my girlfriend insisted on having spaghetti. I, of course, forgot the mushrooms to my signature spaghetti. All groceries stores were closed so I took a shot and drove 10 minutes to this Pizza Hut. I offered to pay for a small portion of mushrooms and instead they gave me a giant portion of mushrooms for free because that’s the kind of Pizza Hut this place is. One where customer service is the key factor, and pizza the second. I feel sorry for the nearby Papa John’s, Dominos, and other pizza restaurants local or not. Nobody, and I mean nobody outpizzas the Hut, and no Pizza Hut outpizzas this one.

I love the drive through aspect, location, and the friendly of the employee. My food had always been hot and made as I ordered.Kid-friendliness: They’ve always been great when my child has gone in to claim a reward he has received from his school. I have him order so he can learn and they are always very patient with him.
Tipped them to walk a pizza out to me curb side which I had to go inside and grab while they were just hanging out....
