Came in today Tuesday March 2nd at 3:25 service was terrible. Employee was rude & very annoyed because I asked what came with the chicken sandwich.

Location access is a tad stressful. You can see it easily but getting to it take determination.Ordered 8 piece reg with some biscuits.Lady was super sweet and advised us that there would be a wait for fresh chicken. We were ecstatic. Cause we will happily wait for fresh made food. So we moved out of the way and waited. About 8 minutes later they brought us a box of exactly what we had ordered.We were stunned. It was flavorful, crispy, and perfectly cooked. Even the biscuits were perfect. My phone was not cooperating or I would have taken pictures of the perfection.Popeyes in general have had okay chicken but nothing to rave about in my area (lumping 2 locations together) so we were not really sure what to expect.Apparently ya need to order a larger amount so they make it fresh.We do not buy fried Chicken often but next time we do, I will be sure to post about it and hopefully it will be an equally awesome event.Parking: Beware! So many cars driving in the wrong direction and people walking through the lot to get to the neighboring businesses.

The chicken has changed at all fast food restaurants. It has a rubbery texture and doesn’t taste like chicken. Bought the chicken sandwich which used to be the best chk sandwich. Not anymore.

Went to get dinner at this location and they shorted my order, tried calling to see what they could do about it and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! EVER. The chicken also seemed not thoroughly cooked. After reading the reviews this will be the last time I order from here.
Let me say this was the WORST EXPERIENCE with a manager ever. Night manager for Friday night was extremely rude with his employees and myself. I ask for white meat and they gave me dark meat, I went to the cashier and explain to him about the mistake, he was real nice until me and went to the manager, and all hell broke loose for a STUPID peace of chicken. Truly need to take a look at the video and see how rude he was. Is ridiculous that you have someone like that managing employees. I love Popeyes, but because of him, I won't be visiting this store and will take it to corporate.
Person taking order was not professional and seemed to struggle with understanding English.I ordered spicy chicken and non of it was spicy. I also order honey bbq wings and my picture reflects what they looked like. Barely any sauce and little effort. I hope to see new chicken chains start to pop up because every pop eyes in San Antonio area is terrible with quality and service. I literally debated getting Popeyes because I knew my order would be wrong or something would be a problem. Next time I’ll go with my gut and go somewhere else.

Rarely have I been in an honest restaurant. Upon pulling into the drive thru and placing my order, the worker asked if I was willing to wait an extra 5 minutes for my order to be made completely fresh. Upon receiving the food, it was fresh and made correctly to order. I even received a small warning to be careful as it was hot. This one interaction has cemented itself to show this Popeyes location has mastered customer service. I will be returning here in my future orders
Terrible experience. Went for the add 6 wings for a dollar special. App didn’t work, called store, no answer, went to store. 3 non-English speakers cooking. Manager was a traveling manager and was overwhelmed. Manager required app purchase. Still didn’t work. She tried the app unsuccessfully and gave up and sold me the wings anyway. Took wings home and tried to eat. Wings were not good. Seemed to be very old.
