The people are nice and the atmosphere is okay, but if someone places and online order, their's should be ready before any customer in line, because they placed their order first. I should never have to wait after a customer in line to receive my food. I'd defeats the purpose of online orders which is time management. In addition, it's very disrespectful because it's not different than someone cutting in front of you in line, and it shows that the online customer's time isn't being respected nor valued. Please fix this ASAP.

Unfortunately, staff shortages make this not a fast food location. Staff were friendly and were quick to make the orders and make them correctly, but the line was something that affected the overall location.

4 stars because it's just fast food but this is THE Popeyes to go to in San Antonio. Your going to get delicious hot food here that is oddly better than the other locations around town. Usually, I don't go to Popeyes but this location is my exception to that.

Off day on February 6th. Out of everything I wanted to order after being stuck in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of me. Someone was pulling a Karen at the window. (Customer not employee). Ordered large drink and fries, got medium, but was only charged for the medium, so no big deal. Being out of spicy chicken and red beans was pretty bad though.
Food was delicious and fresh, but service was horrible. So many people working, but only one girl at the register while one was just standing around.

Whoever was working the drive through today deserves a raise! We have never experienced such GREAT service at a Popeyes location before! He was polite and respectful. He even made sure to double check our orders with us at the window before we paid. Order was correct and tasted great!
