Drive thru worker was rude and needs to learn some customer service, had to go inside to get my condiments and at least the lady at the front was nice enough to hand it to me and not throwing out the window lol.

The only only hit was my fries the wings was cold and when I took a sip of my tea I got a mouth full of sugar and brown stuff ?. Decided to empty my cup and found this at the bottom. Instead of giving me the bottom of the barrel tea I would have rather them said they was put of tea. Not sure why it won't let me upload the picture but I definitely will when I get a chance.

Food was decent, what I ate. I was disappointed to see a worker not cover her mouth-when she coughed in front of the fountain drinks dispensary. Also, Manager needs to be nicer interacting with customers.

I took my 16 piece family meal home only to realize there were no Biscuits & no apple pie. I called before I went back. No one answered the phone & when we pulled up, no one was there. So I drive up to the order screen and the Mgr said drive up. He handed me 2 Biscuits and an apple pie. I looked in the bag & it just 2 Biscuits. I asked where's the rest & the girl said let me see your receipt. Like I was lying bc she said, "he said he gave you 3 already, no he didn't. He handed me 2 Biscuits. The 16 piece comes with 6 Biscuits. So they hand me 2 more..I'm like are they serious????? I told her I want my other Biscuit. I literally sat there 10 minutes for 1 Biscuit. Never again.

The lady this Friday working the drive thru was very rude, and unprofessional, not just To me but also rude to her co-workers. She's short Hispanic and skinny girl, I think they need to retrain her or send her back to highschool.
