My wife and I walked into this establishment wanting to try it for the first time and while looking at the menu for roughly a minute we were not greeted by the associate, asked if we needed help making a selection or anything. This is very disappointing that a simple greeting or some type of acknowledgment to a potential customer would’ve went a longer way than me leaving this review. Needless to say we will not be back. If service continues like this, this establishment will not last long here.

We came here for a three day juice cleanse. The juices are fresh and the staff is nice. The day I came, my order wasn’t ready, but they made it quickly no problem. The price for a cleanse is less than Revolution and the staff is much more helpful. I

Extremely disappointed I am a long time supportor and even a rewards memmber ... Went into get my typical order and when I tried to pay my order with cash they said we don't take cash so now there is a line behind me and I have to run to my car go get my wallet to have to pay with card ...this is extremely ridiculous ... But yet they have a tip jar saying they execpt tips so you won't take cash to pay for the products but can take cash tips pretty interesting ..

First time customer at Pressed, will be back !! I tried one of their acai bowl and it was pretty good. They use almond butter instead of peanut butter and pour it on top. I had hoped it would be mixed in with the acai. The almond butter taste pretty close to peanut butter. So my bowl included strawberry’s( they were diced but fresh) blueberries, a whole banana, and granola. It’s prepared right in front of you and the acai comes out of an ice cream machine. I signed up for the rewards program and received a free shot of one of their juices ( the probiotic) . It was pretty good, had red cabbage in it ( I thought that was different) . Oh they also have military discount. I got my bowl to go, took 15 mins to get home and it was still pretty thick ?

We stopped in for juices for the first time and weren't disappointed. We had no wait when we arrived. I got a couple different juices and was satisfied with each one. I recommend this place for pressed juices.

I had never been to pressed before but chose them because the reviews and let's be real - the aesthetics of the website looked good. I was so excited to do a 3 day cleanse and learn a bit more. I had read up a little bit on their options before hand but was hoping to get a bit more info when I got there. Instead I was met with blank stares and what seemed like a condescending attitude. When I asked if they advice against more than a 3 day juice cleanse and which one I should go with he simply responded while pointing to the menu " I mean, it's a 1 day cleanse." So when I asked again and mentioned some information I read amongst different places (who I clearly should've gone to in the first place) he said "I mean...you can do however many days you want it doesn't really matter" again, his response devoid of any actual helpful details or information. So I just chose 3 days worth of cleanses and a few shots. I had driven all the way from Spring Branch and didn't want to leave empty handed.After my transaction was done, I didn't get a thanks, heck, I didn't even get a confirmation of my total. Just a blank stare. Finally, to top it all off, even though I ordered 3 of the cleanse 1 pack - all three bags are different combinations of juices. Looks like I should have gone with my gut and went to Farm to Juice instead. Do better Pressed.

The lady with short hair and piercing working the register was rude and very unprofessional. We ordered cleanses and asked questions and she had very little knowledge on the products. Customer service was not up to our expectations for the area at all!Edited: The two employees made fake reviews after. Just goes to show they lack the skills if they have time to post a review to raise their score. The clients know the truth. Just learn how to do customer service right and you wouldn’t have so many 1 star reviews!
I was very disappointed on how pressed employees get treated poorly by certain customers! I never get disappointed when I try out the new freeze flavors especially with this heat we've been having.

I went in to ask about the juice cleanse and they guy didn't even look at me when I asked a question to get more information. Then I asked him a other one and he COMPLETELY ignored me. I was standing there like uhh hello? Definitely won't be going there again!

I love recently joined the VIP membership and I have so far loved the juice cleanse bundles. The woman that assisted me, Veronica has been very helpful and informative on the products. The store always looks clean and welcoming.

Loved the Immunity Shot and Citrus 2 drink. While there, I also tried the Coconut Ube Crunch (frozen). I loved the granola that comes on top of it along with the coconut chips. It's not overly sweet and doesn't have a heavy feeling after eating it. Very light and refreshing. Paid about $24 overall. Service was great, there is one person in there and she is friendly.Ambiance, small little juicery with some tables on the inside. Simple and clean.
