Pizza is Trash! Watched the guy use a rolling pin to stretch the dough! The sauce tastes like sugar! Was definitely undercooked! I guess if you drunk you would eat this but if you sober don’t do it! I been making pizzas for years I’m not even sure I would call this pizza! ? btw bottle water here is $4.00 each I feel like I’m at Disney world!

I left a 5 star review because I don't want to mess up their rating, this is me being courteous. You're open til the hour you have listed online. Hire people that act accordingly or if it's slow cut the staff appropriately and limit your hours of operating so said solo staff member isn't there to wallow in the fact that they are there alone and transfer that energy to patrons, such as myself. I understood her plight, it was completely unfortunate that she should be the last staff member present on such a slow occasion. The quality of what I purchased shouldn't haven't taken a toll due to managerial neglect. Again, my comments are strictly to those in charge as I left a 5 star review. It isn't the staffs fault that the quality was subpar, it's the owners trying to turn a profit at the expense of their employees. Mam, you did the best you could given your circumstances, the company you work for failed you because their self interests were more important. Correct me where I'm wrong or challenge yourself to provide better for your staff so the face of your operation doesn't disappoint the consumer. Happy holidays.

After a night of drinking, this definitely hits the spot. Also the slices are huge and the prices are great.

Look in giving this place 2 stars because the service was fast and very nice. The pizza on the other hand was not good. Although it was fresh out of the oven the flavor really hurts the overall quality of the pizza. These are on par with Red Baron frozen pizzas. The point redeeming quality is that this location closes late.

Here’s the thing; I’ve been to a lot of pizza joints that do pizza by the slice. I’ve never once had a by the slice pizza that was made so obviously from a frozen product. It was like a digorno, or a Red Baron, or a great value brand frozen pizza.I was trying to decipher if the pizza itself is store bought frozen, to include the cheese and sauce, or if it’s just the pizza dough and they put real toppings on it. I very much so disliked the sauce due to the bitterness and consistency caused only by what I believe to be a frozen sauce, as well.My hopes were so high. I wanted real pizza in San Antonio. I approached the building and saw the stacked ovens and I felt something deep inside that I haven’t felt since the last time I was in New York City. The excitement rushing through my veins abruptly escaped as soon as I saw the crust on the pies sitting in the glass case. I could see the seam of a machine pressed crust. There was still a glint of hope inside me that wished the real ovens could turn such a monstrosity into something faintly real. However, I was sadly mistaken.I got two slices. A meat slice and something with basil, sausage, and feta. As a I began to eat, half of the meat slice separated from the crust while lifting it towards my face. The crust of the bite I took crumbled into my mouth like a stale biscotti, a consistency only acceptable in the world of nature valley granola bars. The bottom was nuclear in temperature while also maintaining a slightly warm sauce temp and ambient topping temp. The cheese was melted, but in a fashion that allowed each individual shred to be distinguished from one another while taking bites. Once again, something I’ve only experienced in frozen pizzas. As the music roared through the walls of the attached establishment, I pictured how happy I would be if the pizza was good. The crowd is rowdy, the buildings are lively, and the energy is outstanding. However, the sub-mediocrity I was experiencing in my mouth shattered any positive feeling I would experience solely from eating.I left with food in my stomach. Is that what I came in for? Yes. However, I also left with a feeling of betrayal and something to be desired. Is this the best we can do, as a society? Is this what we want to be proud of as human beings? Is this what we call pizza?

Service was great--super friendly and turned me on to some other great local food and entertainment. Pizza was quality--not too much sauce, quality ingredients, not greasy. Definitely will be back.

Good for late night pizza in SA, it tastes very similar to $1 pizza in NYC.

Entering through the loud music from the bar and food truck area the inside was not quieter. The selection of by the slice pizza seemed great.I asked for the slice of cheese pizza with mushrooms only because all other toppings I chose were out (banana peppers, tomatoes, garlic). The young lady placed a generous amount of precut white mushrooms and gently placed them into the oven.Maybe because it was 9pm on a Sunday but my first time here may be my last. The pizza was served with the cheese barely warm and the mushrooms wrre still cold even though it just came out of the oven. The sauce was very light and the crust just kept breaking apart. I had already walked away and taken a bite before realizing I just spent four bucks on a pretty lackluster pizza. Probably tastes great if you order a fresh pie or are hammered drunk. Good price and good selection of topping choices.

High end ingredients. Pizza by-the-slice, served directly from the brick oven. Open late for the bar guests next door.
