Just received the worst customer service from Miranda R manager in training and another caucasian employee in training bald older guy he was mopping and literally mopped my husbands feet when I spoke about it he laughed in my face with all the racism going on you'd think they have better customer service in the south and Mirandas response was she'll be gone Sunday to a different store .. why does this company insist on hiring bottom of the barrel service.

I was overcharged and was traveling home which is 8 hours away. I called to settle this with the manager and he was RUDE. He was the general manager because I had to call back at 5 am to speak to him but he had no customer service skills whatsoever so I went through my bank instead.

I got suqd off 2 nights ago in the back near the kitchen and no one's the wiser .. that's actually exactly how it went want to know something funny about that that was the first time she gulp gulp because somebody was trying to pay for gas and had already been waiting like 10 minutes at the counter to put in $5 worth of gas lol I love my life It was only like 10:00 p.m. was her idea not mine who am I to turn that down You kidding me I'm not stupid

QT employees have to run the register clean the restrooms and stock roller grills make coffee etc. people review these stores like they are fully staffed during late night and early morning. Considering what all they have to do in these stores if they had one extra person helping out I believe this store would be 5 stars plus. Also the safety of the employees would go way up as well. Overall QT is the Leader in convenient stores as we speak.

I love these quick trips stores when they opened but now every quick trip store are nasty and gross there restrooms are the worst and there sticky floors come on with there high prices and there ads hiring pay employees $18 an hour forget that no way for me no more

I was there about 30 minutes ago and the cashier was pleasant and amazingly calm. There were some seedy people in the store but she didn't flinch. Way to go kid!!!

When Quiktrip gas station opened up and I loved it. It was clean well kept now it’s a mess. You were able to get a receipt at all pumps after you were done purchasing fuel. Now it’s like pulling teeth none of the pumps print receipts I know cause I tried them all on different occasions. Then I have to wait in line to get a receipt for the fuel I just purchased outside. I let at least four cashiers know about the situation and they tell me yes I know without a care in the world. Not all quiktrip gas stations are this way just the one nearest to where I live. 7230 Culebra Road in San Antonio Texas 78238 Fix your pumps so they print your customer’s receipts!! ?

This is by far the worst QT I've been too. I live right down the st. They never have hot food ready, The water and Ice machine is always out of service, some of the employees are lazy! So lazy there's never any hot food or have some cooking they have rude attitude and when you ask for help they take their sweet time. I rather go to the one up the street by the soccer church field. I love that QT the employees are very nice, there's always hot food ready to go and the water machine is always in service.
Waiting for a few things. Great cashier Sam was great very respectful. Very nice greeted us as we walked in. Was fast and accurate and the fact that I acknowledge that I was part of the military, he greeted he greeted me with a handshake and told me thank you for your service. I considered to be very extremely respectful, especially to the Armed Forces, and the fact that he recognized made me feel very extremely welcome. Please hire more like him. He is a staple of Quiktrip. Thank you.

If I use my debit or credit cards when I PAY AT THE PUMP, I'm charged a convenience fee of $1 and when I used a temporary or any other card at the pump they remove all of the money as a hold for 24-48 hours for a $10 charge.

So another late night. Needed a coffee so I stopped by this QT and went in to get my fountain drink. My fountain drink is a concoction of my husband and it requires a cute teacup large or extra-large and coffee, ice, creamer and the frozen coffee machine. Even though it's the middle of the night they had to Kenyan blend which I love so much and they had the horchata mix. Now I'm off to face the 24 hr Walgreens on Commerce St for wipes and laundry sanitizer. ?
