I love love this place and the PIZZA is so good. This location on walzem is always clean and I love the NY JAZZ ambience is chill ! I’ve yet to visit the Judson location but hoping it also has jazz and same feeling !Thank you to the cook!! Keep this going !The WINGS are better than others !
Ive gone here at least 50x in the past. If you get pizza on a weekend, chances are the food will be good. If you get it during the week chances are food will be really bad. This also is not NY pizza, unless your trying to compare it to bad New York Pizza. I once ordered a Pepperoni pizza from this place on a Wednesday. What I received was the greasiest (dripping), twice baked pizza. I was felt disrespected when I took the first bite. Thats how bad it was. This was on 4/24/24. Needless to say I wont be back again. Very sad. Now I must order dominoes...

The food was amazing. I had a Stromboli. That was the most amazing Stromboli I've ever had. What's amazing is that this restaurant has a little something for everyone. If you're not feeling like Italian food, they make some great burgers. That really helps when you have a family and everyone wants something different.

I’m giving three stars because I’ve been frustrated with the way some of the service situations have been handled. My family and I really enjoy the food here but I’ve had multiple instances where our food was forgotten in our order and I have to drive to pick it up or just take the loss. I feel like it could be handled better because we order for convenience as a big family and to have to drive to the restaurant after getting an order is a bit frustrating. We order from here a lot and on 4 occasions now we have had items that we did not receive at all and a few instances where the orders are not right size or made the same. Again, the food is great but I think the to-go and takeout services really need improvement in these areas.

Ordered delivery missing food, when I called to let them know manager said they had given salads but if I wanted I could go back n pick them up. Really defeats the purpose of delivery.
