This is a great place to get away to and have a awesome meal in a relaxing environmentThe staff is awesome. You will have to pack your patience because they get extremely busy but its nothing an appetizer can't fix. I wanna THANK Alyssa our wonderful waitress for such awesome service. You can avoid the wait if you call ahead and make reservations.

Well I guess it's now official, my once favorite restruant is now on husband s refusal list permanently. After 50+ years their food has gone so far off the mark it's just sad and they no longer accept any comments in store about the quality. My husband ordered a steak burger, it cMe looking like Grey cardboard and the taste wS simply vulgar. Recieved snide comment from a female waitress who was not serving us about the the buisness being a seafood restruant so hamburger isn't their specialty... but then again, their style cheese biscuits were also old and lacked flavor ND my lobster baked potatoes was also not very good. We just wished to discuss the situation but were treated dreadfully. This red lobster is San Antonio neR Banderas road. We frequent our store in corpus and at least they know us and do not serve sendbacks to other customers.

Sure, it's expensive, but oh, so worth it. The food was great. The service was even better had to weeble wobble out of there.
Daion was super sweet. My first time at red lobster since I was like 10 years old. The food was great and the service was exceptional.Yes it did take a little while to get your food, but if you’re going to eat fresh items you want them to take their time making it and not burning it to get it out faster.

I think the server was new she was nice but a lot of issues tonight. The manager stepped in and made every thing right.
First of all the place was not busy at all. That being said, I had to wait to be seated. Waitress was good but they are very short-handed and made everything else very slow. Drinks only took around 45 min, supposedly only one bar tender. Ok but it's doesn't take that long to make a drink especially when the place is about 1/4 capacity. The food came shortly after the drinks and its was ok. My wife's shrimps were cold. All in all if you dont have the staff, close for the day instead of bad reviews.

It was OK, buy they didn't plan well for Valentine's day. Kitchen must have been understaffed, because while our waitress was on pointe, the food took forever. And unfortunately, I watched an older couple get ignored by their waiter to the point they left, she looked like she might have been going through chemo. They were ignored so badly that I watched staff turn their back on them as they were leaving, trying to ask for a manager on their way out. I felt horrible for them and asked my server who's table that was and told her why. Other than that and slow food it was what I expected from a chain on VD.

It was freezing in the restaurant. Serval tables complained.We arrived around 515pm. Took over an hour for our food to come out.Yes it was Valentine's Day. But it wasn't packed, plenty of empty tables. That's why we went early.When we left at at 7pm it was packed.Service was awful.
