Red lobster failed again. My steak was cold and the lobster was cold. I asked if it was supposed to be cold and they said no. When I sent it back, my food was sent back to me cold, again. The manager or the general manager is the one that brought it to me in this condition. I feel it was a waste of money and we all work hard for our money. The manager didn’t even offer us any kind of compensation or apology. Then they misplaced our debit/credit card, so we had to wait for them to find it. And still no apology from the Manager. I will never go to another Red Lobster again! The managers name was Marco Piñon. Terrible!

Service was extremely slow. Food took 38 min to arrive. Portion size for price was pitiful and flavor was very mediocre. Glasses ran dry more than once. We will not be back. For $50 plus a tip it was disappointing to say the least.

Amy is one of the best servers we have had in quite a while she was polite professional great hospitality quick service never had to ask for anything she was there when we needed her at the right time. This birthday experience was a great one thanks to Server Amy and Manager Jaron who sang 1 verse of happy birthday to me which she has a great voice. I was visiting from Chicago. Thank you all!!!!!

This was my first visit to a red lobster in over 10 years. I can now see why I haven’t been back. I only came back/c my brother had a gift card. The food was okay and y’all know that the cheddar biscuits are always the bomb and they were. The server was the bomb in a bad way what a rookie. He (Eddie) was not attentive, I asked for hit green tea and I received black tea. He did not want free me any lemons, cream or sugar and all. Not that I’d use cream or sugar. But y’all know you always have lemon wedge with your tea. My brother had to get up and go to the fountain machine to get his own drink refill. He informed another server on what he was doing and the server just looked at him and just let him.?♂️ the GM was not as expected for a GM. I’m glad that this happened place is about to go bankrupt. Stay away from this place.I rate what I receive so, the server hit a 1c tip and he was over tipped for his poor service.

We had to beg for drink refills. Server did not know the menu. After an hour, the server said one request was not available but the food should have already been delivered at this point. Then the food came out but was missing multiple items which led to more delays. Steak was unseasoned badly overcooked. Stuffed flounder was cold. We had plenty of time but you must do better!!! We all figured you have the same issue as everyone else...cannot find good employees. But sometimes it's better to close the doors than damage your brand. Fyi, I still left a $40 tip.

Brought my children here to enjoy a dinner, I asked for no sour cream on my loaded potatoes and stuff right in the middle smh, my daughter didn't get her food so we shared with her, they charged almost $8 for a shot of Fireball! Well not really a shot!, just horrible food and I'm gonna mention the cheddar biscuits. We WON'T be going back.
