Was my first time here and immediately our waitress, Aylia, spent a good few minutes recommending dishes and telling us most popular ones. Gave us plenty of attention and amazing service. She even perfectly called a play-by-play of the queso and chips heating up and hitting the back of your throat after a while, it was hilarious. The food was very delicious. We tried a smaller gourmet bigger and I had the avocado smash burger that she customized as she had recommended to me and it was perfect. We also had chips and queso and mozzarella sticks, with delicious flavored sweet tea and I took home a lemon strawberry cake. The service from Aylia was second to none and I was genuinely surprised to see what appears to be a happy and content staff as they go about their shift. Speaks volumes to the staff and management in my opinion. I hope to come here many more times in the future.Vegetarian options: There was a clearly marked veggie burger section on menu.

The food used to be out of this world. Now, the burgers are made from frozen preshaped tasteless patties like you can buy from the store. And the bottomless fries come out 20 at a time for 3 people.

Not too crowded for a Saturday. We were seated right away, the waiter was a bit slow, appetizers came out pretty quick, and entrées were ok. Waited about 10 mins for entrées after receiving our appetizers. I had their fried pickles & onion rings, which were both really good. I also tried their monster burger, which I will order without cheese nxt time because it was too much , I thought I was eating more cheese than meat. Their fries are ok, they weren't hot at all when they came out to our table . Like they were sitting underneath the lamp. Overall, everything came out good.we left happy & full.

Due to diabetes and kidney failure we need carbless dinner options, so we come to Red Robin. You can get any burger with no bun or wrapped in lettuce and bottomless side salad instead of fries

We have been twice. Good server first time but stellar our last visit. Will return. The place is very accommodating to different needs in the orders. One of the best of this chain we have been to. I went down one on atmosphere cause the faded sign outside was concerning at first but the inside was nice and clean.
