Maybe one of my favorite restaurants ever. The flavor to price ratio is off the charts. Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had, in a spacious modern setting and with very friendly and helpful service. I could drink the salsa, with its roasted flavor. Some free parking is available as well as free street parking too.

I placed an order and 25 minutes later the bartender went to see why it was talking so long. Her response I don’t know.Terrible !

Drinks are pricy but worth it, they don't skimp!. The Suizas enchiladas were delicious and full unusual stuff that made me want a second plate. They have an upstairs outdoor area as well as a patio downstairs. The wait was 45 min but worth it.

Stopped by for a quick drink and some appetizers: chicharrones and margaritas. Divine. The atmosphere is so great, and the food is fantastic.

My family and I were in town from Houston for the weekend. After a long day we found Rosario's and had great reviews so we stopped. 2 of us ordered fajita nachos which should've been nachos with a small side of fajitas. Literally had only about 10 small pieces of fajitas for $15 and we usually get nachos in Houston at an authentic place for $12 loaded with fajitas. Then my youngest ordered a cheese enchilada which she took one bite and spit it back up. In the end we paid and left then when we checked in at our hotel spent another $60 to order 2 meals from the hotels restaurant down on Riverwalk level. Everyone was happy with that food. Will NEVER visit Rosario's again.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in (SA). The service is unmatched, MANAGER JUAN has the LEAD BY EXAMPLE style. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in (SA). The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Highly recommend!

Hostess added our party of 7 to the dinner waitlist with an estimate of 30 minutes. Got drinks at the bar. An hour later asked how much longer and was told there were 10 tables ahead of us. Ended up waiting two and a half hours and never got seated. Finally we left for someplace else. Lots of other people were also asking the hostess for wait time updates. Hostess needs to do a better job of setting expectations. We probably won't be back to try it again though.

Ceviche was amazing. Chips and salsa was also good. Chips being warm and perfectly salted. Waiter was attentive and fast. Churros was perfect size for two people.

Rosario's has a neat atmosphere and is clearly very popular. The place was packed on the Saturday night we came, and we ended up sitting at the bar since it has full service. There were five bartenders behind the bar, and they were each incredibly attentive. Our sodas were literally never empty. The food seemed to be quite standard Mexican-American fare. I ordered chicken taquitos, and the everything on my plate was pretty unremarkable but not at all bad. The cajeta bread pudding, however, was phenomenal. We shared a plate but I wish we had each ordered one. I'd come back just for that bread pudding and fantastic service.
