San Antonio Ruth's Chris inside the Hyatt - Great place to bring a friend or business associate. The food is top notch, especially the 16 oz ribeye! The service senior manager Frank Rangel goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is THE BEST. His wait staff is well trained and courteous and fast. He will be at your service if you have any special needs.

The food took more than one hour to be served after order. The noise in the ambient was extremely high, too many people. The restaurant was not prepared for the crowd that evening.

Wonderful dinner with great service from my waiter, Shane. I was a bit disappointed when I was told that this particular restaurant does not participate in the Ruth's Chris Rewards program.
