The food is excellent, especially the mole enchiladas. My only knock on this place is that it's LOUD. Eating in the little dining room is like eating in a New York subway terminal. And to make it even worse they insist on playing loud music. It's SO loud you can't enjoy your food.If you want to have a conversation with your dining partners, try to snag a table in the bar (and when has dining in the bar been quieter than the dining room?) or even better on the patio.Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the restaurants are easily accessible. Unfortunately, there are only two handicapped parking spaces. I'm not sure how they get away with that.

Found by accident, damn glad we did. Both of our dishes (Pozole, chicken enchiladas, chocoflan) were delicious. The atmosphere, the service could not have better. When in San Antonio, will definitely return.

It looked much better on the web, food wise. Bar service was very good unfriendly but the food left allowed to be desired. Not in anyway, creative or especially tasty. Sadly. I had high expectations. El emérito

My family and I have enjoyed this place for breakfast on the weekend. Both times we have been served by Jordy, who gave us great suggestions and excellent service. The food is delicious. Highly recommend the chilaquiles. All the salsas are delicious and the cocktails are extremely well-crafted! We will be back and keep suggesting this place to our family and friends!

This restaurant should have 5 STAARS.I have been a fan of Sabor Cocina Bar for many years (since back when it was a whole in the wall down the street of where it is located now ). You get a true authentic Mexican restaurant experience . Mexicans are known for great service and delicious food … and sabor provides that . The chilaquiles and salsas are my all time favorite. I love to see that they continue to enhance the restaurant inside and outside, especially their front door decorations that are aligned to the theme of the month , Christmas , valentines, Easter , st Patrick’s etc. I’ve taken all my friends and they all have gone back and taken their friends and families. 100 percent recommend .

Very beautiful little restaurant. I wish the properties around it were something to look at, but honestly, you come here for the great food and drinks! ?? Everything was well cooked, the staff attentive but knew to let you enjoy your company. Great place for a date or a soiree with friends!

They do sauces so well! We ordered chicken enchiladas and fish tacos. The tacos are huge! I will forever want the recipe for their complimentary salsa. We kept asking for more chips.

What the heck, I mean it. Had the chipotle chicken enchiladas. So creamy and flavorful. Never had anything like this up north. We had shrimp nachos and the salsa was unusual (for someone from up north) but super tasty. I hope to go back someday. But for now, I'll always long for this place in San Antonio.

Way overpriced! 4 avocado slices (maybe a quarter of an avocado) was $3.50 and side of sour cream was $2. Was seated at table and served chips and salsa and then no one came by for 10 minutes. When the server came, she was attentive until after food was dropped and then disappeared again. The patio was nice and manicured really well, but I won’t be going back for a while.

Modern Tex-Mex spot with an upscale feeling. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. I recommend starting with ceviche. The fish was fresh and had a great flavor. Beef fajitas > chicken. Pro tip- ask for a side of chipotle sauce. It’s great if you’re looking for a nice patio spot to enjoy the sun. I’m excited to come back and try their breakfast menu.
