The Food was average. It was much like cafe food. Baked Potato was cold. Service well if it wasn’t for the waiter I would have given them a 1 star. Atmosphere was nice because it’s off the river walk.

The service was awesome at saltgrass on the river walk!! this is a great place to bring your family for great food and drinks! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the pineapple top shelf margarita was amazing! Loved sitting outside by the river to people watch.

Had chopped steak and baked potato. Chopped steak was good added A-1 and potato was loaded and good. Over all experience was good. Rosa was good server and kept us with drinks, both alcohol and water. Bread was not good even with butter but entree was good. Members in my party said ribs and chicken were dry. Overall experience was 3 which to me is over price for experience. Service cannot make up for overpriced food

Great eats on the River Walk can be hard to find. This is one of them. Saltgrass Steak House is a solid choice for sure.
Always a great experience probably one of the best restaurants in corpus and I have eaten at every steak house even the one in a big hotel and it doesn't hold a candle to salt grass.

Saltgrass in San Antonio Riverwalk is now my favorite restaurant! Great on all levels. We went 2 days in a row. Xavier and Daniel are great servers. Very pleasant and hard working. We sat outside with full view of river boats and people watching.
Me and my family came in 2 hours before closing. It was Easter and also my birthday. The staff were friendly. However, after ordering our food, my son was the only one who got his dinner. The lady who was waiting for us never came back to check on us, but another waiter did. After telling my husband 3 times to just leave, he said no, not yet. We learned from the manager that the cook thought he had made our order. So because they were closing, she offered to place our meal on the house. She was very nice and respectful. That second waiter got the tip as well. The food was great. We were visiting so I'm not sure if we will be back. But I do appreciate everything
