Please provide better service and clean your store. We used to get donuts after KidStrong, but the store was always filthy and despite having like 3 people at the counter, it would always take several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me as a customer.

Big fan of Shipley overall. This location is a little behind the others in terms of quality.

The donuts were ok. They don’t have old fashioned, they will try to sell you a different donut but it’s not an old fashioned. Also the kolaches had the smallest hot dogs ever. They must special order them as I have never seen ones so small.

Shipley Do-Nuts is a must!! We don’t always get Shipleys but it was just one of them cold days and just wanted a fast breaky for the family ! Lol i always get their cinnamon twist glazed, regular plain cake, and half a dozen of kolache ? I haven’t tried all their donuts but the ones I mentioned are out all time favorite!! ?

Meh, 2 dozen mixed donuts & 2 dozen sausage kolaches. The mixed donuts are literally all the same donut with different frosting, no cakes, no fritters, no long John's, no real variety. The kolaches might have well contained a Lil smokey. Where do you even buy such an insubstantial hot dog?

Shipleys, you do a good job on the donuts. Kolache’s, however, are not good. Basically white bread filled with sugar and a tiny bit of cheese and/or sausage. Not impressed at all.

Fast service however the woman in the drive thru tried to scam us charging us more than what we ordered. When confronted about it we were met with passive aggressive behavior. Very unprofessional.

Fresh and less expensive and less greasy than the high end brand.

My kids love the sausage and cheese kolaches. These are a staple at our house. Other favorites are the donut holes, maple iced donuts, regular iced, and the cinnamon roll.

It's a Shipley's Donuts. I don't know why people are expecting a red carpet rolled out for them when they walk in, these 1 star reviews are entitled and inaccurate. The owners are lovely and the staff is standard for any fast food place. The prices are higher because ALL OF THE PRICES ARE HIGHER. ITS CALLED INFLATION. Of course a cashier isn't going to be able to tell you why the prices are higher, they work for a cooperation. Twisting the narrative to try to tear down a business is nasty. Anyways, the donuts are good. I like classic glazed the best but my boyfriend loves the Boston crème ones and they always have the most of those gone so I think if you're going try anything to try those.

Honesty is the best policy. While I personally do not eat donuts (gluten intolerant), I do not like being short changed. The bill was $37.48 and I recieved $1.50 in change for a payment of $40.00. I tipped an additional $2, that I had, not realizing at the moment that I had been robbed. Yes, that is how I felt, and it is not a good feeling. Whether they have completely incompetent people that have no "mathsense", may be the case. I realize that these are just feelings and if I chalk them up to incompetence versus outright theft, then it makes me feel better.

Definitely better than DD, just wish Shipley's donuts didn't taste like they've been sitting out for a day or two. Still looking for the perfect donut in SA.
