YOU lost a customer who has been coming here for 7 years, over a box that cost you .04 cents. Customer service down the drain and bye-bye Shipleys.

Went early in the morning when donuts and kolaches should be fresh and good. Our donuts look like they’ve been punched and the kolaches are either overcooked or completely stale. Really awful experience. Super

This is my favorite donut shop! Their donuts are far superior to those of Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. Staff was very attentive and friendly well. Today was National coffee day ? So my coffee was free ? twist glazed and traditional buttermilk donut are my favorite !! ?

Old donuts for sure. I am comparing it to all the other Shipley location and the original one in Houston. My donut was dry and hard. Go to another location. I am upset because I purchased 4 other different donuts and they look old too.

These are made after you order. FRESH and oh-so good. Lots of weird flavors and lots to choose from. Try the Maple Bacon! My kids love them and we go there often. Not super cheap, but worth it. I think a dozen is around $25.
