The steaks were delivered and neither were cooked to the proper temperature. My filet was Medium well, dry and tough. I ordered it Medium. My out of town guest ordered the ribeye Medium plus. He also got his medium well and his was VERY dry and the outer parts of the steak were tough. The fat cap one expects on a ribeye seemed trimmed off.
We didn't have time to send them back as we were trying to make a show. No one came to check on us to ensure the delivered steaks were satisfactory.

Had a wonderful Easter brunch at Silo Prime! My wife had the salmon and I had the beef. Both perfection! Sides were excellent. Dessert was a fantastic coconut pie. Enjoyed the whole experience. Service was exceptional. Highly recommend Silo Prime. We will return!

Celebrating my wife's birthday and first time at the restaurant. Server was very attentive, food was amazing, and we only ran into one issue: what we came for was at the other Silo location. Well that didn't stop the server from asking the chef if they could accommodate and they did!! My wife absolutely loved the food! Silo definitely did not disappoint! Will be back.

Best dinner we've had in a while. The seafood tower was ample, super fresh and delicious. Everything from the steaks, rack of lamb, Chilean sea bass, as well as sides were beautifully prepared and seasoned. Coconut cream pie, dreamcicle cheesecake, and chocolate mousse were all noteworthy...no wrong choice here?. Andrew was our waiter and took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, but not hovering. It was truly a delightful experience for our party of 6!

We were there for Valentine's Day. Third time we have been there. Food and service were excellent as before. Very consistent. Love the piano player for extra touch.
