I am a regular customer at this location. I came in before closing hours and they wouldn’t serve me because it was going to take them time to slice up bananas and strawberries for my PB swizzle. Between all three young employees that were working not a single one could make a decision to serve me quickly. Instead they rather clean up and get out on time. I have had several complaints about their employees not being professional.

I love that you can place your order ahead of time and just walk it in and Grab it instead of waiting in line.Today, Francina assisted us, and she was a total delight.The options and ability to customize your order to suit your individual needs is really great and makes things easy.Great spot to grab and go with something healthy.

My husband and I got smoothies from here yesterday and it made us both so sick we had to cancel plans for the rest of the day because we were so sick and in so much pain. I don't come to this location almost ever because there seems to also be a cleanliness problem. There has also been times where there is a crazy amount of fruit flies everywhere and when I asked why they said it was because they have fruit there............... I've never seen that at any other smoothie king.

This location is the cleanest it’s ever been from a few months ago and I’ve been going for over a year now! Must be new management? The workers are always scrubbing the walls or mopping the floors when I come in the evening. I won’t go to another location, cleanliness is a MUST in any establishment that serves me food PERIOD! A+! The customer service pleasant. I will add the prices have gone up quite a bit though.. but what hasn’t nowadays.

I have come to this location multiple times and I always order the Peanut Power Plus. This last visit I ordered as usual and was given a drink that didn't taste like the normal peanut Power Plus. I went back and explained that it didn't taste like it had peanut butter and it seemed like it wasn't thick like normal. I politely asked if I could get one remade and this is what I got. The girl who served me said she made it right the first time and that I was wrong. Then when she gave me the remade smoothie I spilled it all over myself in the car while trying to drink it. As you can see it seemed like she cut every side of the cup so it would purposefully spill on me. I didn't want to go back in because I felt embarrassed and didn't want to start anything. I'm hurt and I don't think I'll be going back.
