Worst sonic location I’ve ever been to, they took awhile to serve us, upon inspection of my food there were several hair stands in my burger. Don’t know how that could have happened on accident. STAY AWAY FORM THIS
I ordered a small pepper cheddar pops and a small mozzarella sticks.Both tasted so old...don't know how long the orders were sitting under the heating lamp.It was definitely not fresh.I call and Noone knows how to pick up the phone.I want my order redone.

We came through the drive thru pretty late (after 10 pm) with a finicky order (picky kids). Burger was made wrong, got a mix of fries and tots instead of fries, and food was cold and generally unappetizing, like it was heated in a microwave and then let cool so it got hard on the edges and weird texture. Anyway, it's not like you come to Sonic for gourmet cuisine in the first place, but this was noticeably yuckier than usual. Still, the staff were kind and respectful, so I appreciated that.

Service was slow, 30 minutes for a coney, tots, onion rings, pickle fries, a kids meal and 3 sodas. Food was cold and had been sitting there a while and not to mention they forgot some of my order. They were not very busy while we were there.

Friend was told she couldn't use a gift card after she ordered. Her total was slightly over the gift card balance and she was going to pay the remaining balance in cash. The "manager" said that the total has to be less than the card balance which is a lie! I had no problem doing that at a different sonic location and everywhere else let's you use the full balance of a gift card and you pay the rest another way. If the manager was told by sonic that this was a rule then sonic is scamming people. And before "sonic owner" puts their weak rebuttal, you aren't sorry that you discriminate against people!!

The food was way over cooked, my chicken sandwich was so tough I couldn't even bite into it.The tots and fries were under cooked.And the drinks were soooo syrupy it tasted terrible and was hard to swallow.Definitely won't ever be back to this location.
