Ordered 2 shakes strawberry and banana got home to enjoy the treat just to taste the vanilla ice cream with no strawberry nor banana flavor tried to call the store to complain they answer but will not speak. The crew was already cleaning which tell me just pour ice cream and whip cream with cherry to make it seem it was what was ordered. Not a good sign of taking customer satisfaction to heart.

April 2024 review updateThis Sunday was the absolute most worst experience we have ever had. We placed a order on the app and when we arrived checked in on the app waited over 15 minutes then began getting frustrated pushed the red button no one ever answered, the workers were laughing and playing around when I went up to ask for a cancellation and they just said to use the app they cant cancel I still need my refund after driving 30 minutes later cars were pulling in an leaving after no one ever answering them either soo bad don’t recommend at all

I ordered a 6pc mozzarella sticks. Instead, I got 2 of these. I think they’re jalepeño poppers. How can you mess up an order than only contains mozzarella sticks?

I LOVE sonic normally. But at this location, what is the point of serving breakfast is you’re not gonna be open at breakfast time? Very disappointed cuz I love sonic and am a loyal customer.

I had accidentally place order at this location and I called to cancel and they said I had to do it on the app but there was no way on the app for me to cancel the order but i also called multiple times and they keep hanging up on me.
