Spent almost $10 for a large caramel macchiato and a chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was good but the macchiato tasted like flavored milk. Could not even taste any coffee. Very disappointed.

I order the wrong coffee. The manager Sidney was amazing!!!! She happily made a new one with a smile! The entire team seemed to be working as a team to get the drive thru fast and I was in take out and they still satisfied every customer in the place!

I decided to check out this store for the 1st time. I walked in to order. The establishment was clean. The staff was friendly. I was blown away when I ordered something new from the menu because then the cashier said, "Let us know if you don't like it, we'll make you something else." The staff here truly delivered outstanding service. Ok, maybe the batista who made my drink wasn't as friendly. I'll give her another visit. Needless to say, I even walked out with a bag of grounds for my plants. I will certainly make this location a "favorite." Come check them out for yourself!

Mobile order food/coffee was submitted 10 prior to arrival. Food was cold by the time coffe was even completed. After the greeting, never once acknowledged me or gave me any update as I was standing there. Will never be back.
