I asked for a water with ice because I was on my way out with my daughterI have always asked for water with ice and they always just give it right there because it does not take long compared to coffee orders.I then saw the girl starting to do a task to put in new coffee to brew. She said I was gonna have to wait for my order to go through. I haven’t ever been to a Starbucks where I have to wait for the water. I just walked outWaste of time with this employee.

A while back I gave a 2 star rating. It never gets better here. How does a Starbucks run out of coffee?? This is the third one in San Antonio that has had this happen. Poor leadership from the store level on up.

We go here sometimes but this isn’t the first or third time where we order something and a person is not:doing their job as they just stand around?? Another is they kept talking to another customer and not for a valid reason. We’ve gotten orders wrong. They are sweet but they need to overall pay more attention.

I noticed the 100 score in the right hand corner of the place. This is a busy but cordial place at 1140AMTipping my hat to Barista Celeste for extra care. After a month in the hospital I needed some air. Healing is still ongoing. I had low glucose event. Celeste fixed me up with a tea that helped normalize. Thank You Celeste for caring!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes and 2 slots were available.
It is slightly better than many other Starbucks in San Antonio. And the location is central to have meetings.

Generic Starbucks. Nothing special here. No comfy chairs or lots of outlets although is some outside seating. To be fair, it's in a shopping center with plenty of restaurants. People are not going there to hang out at Starbucks.

I'm not hard to please. The experience was nice for me as I hardly get to frequent inside the stores. Had a great brunch there while on a date. Staff was polite, and the vibe was all I could ask for on a Thursday morning before a movie.

Drive thru is quicker........nice staff though, super sweet and lots of seating but really close to other people.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair might be a bit tight here but can pass thru the line and get to the front tables.....
