Baristas were friendly. Asked for the Jungkook SEVEN drink. They weren't sure what it was. One of Baristas found it online. Also showed them the article and what ingredients were in the drink. Baristas whipped it up. Tasted delicious!! Thank you Starbucks staff for going over and beyond to make the drink. Will definitely visit again!! ???????

I can not even explain how amazing this Starbucks was! I'm not a big Starbucks fan as I have another local coffee shop that I like a lot near my house. however I was given some Starbucks giftcards for my birthday so I decided to go. I had no idea what I wanted to order and I told them kinda of the drink profile that I liked and 2 baristas worked together and made me the most perfect drink. also told me to take a pic of receipt so I could order it again if I liked it. They also wanted me to try it before I left to make sure it was to my likin. the staff was fast and attentive and kind. it was the best Starbuck experience I have ever had, and will go back to this location again!

I have been going to this particular Starbucks for about a year now, customer service is on point and the staff is great but as of lately my experience just hasn't been the same. You see one of the biggest reason I made this location my "go-to" is because of an individual that from the moment they step foot in the store, surrounding locations just don't compare. Their bubbly personality and unmatched service to the individual customer is something not found very often and as of recently I have noticed that my mornings just aren't the same without "my barista" greeting me as she does most other regular customers and I'm really unsure as to why but all I know the mornings here at this location just won't be the same without Katie?.
