Love the mix of "not my problem" and "taking care of the customer". First employee, "its not ready" walked away and further ignored, second employee who seems to be doing everything, "it just needs to be bagged up, let me get that for you".

Please do not go to this Starbucks. I ordered a flat white with coconut milk and they used something other than coconut milk. I have been having stomach issues since I drank that flat white this morning. I didn’t eat anything else so I know it was the drink!!!

Usually this location is very friendly and my drinks are always very delicious. This morning however, I ordered my drinks and the lady was already extremely rude and sounded like she just didn’t want to be there at all. We pulled up to the window and the same lady (shorter hispanic woman wearing a beanie) basically shoved my drinks in my hand and quickly slammed the window shut before i could even ask for a straw. No words just simply rudeness. Both of my drinks were also wrong but I was not willing to deal with that lady’s attitude again. I always have great conversations with the younger baristas who are genuinely so kind and obviously love their jobs. As a previous Starbucks barista, we would’ve been given a writeup if our manager had heard of behavior like that so I really hope that woman either changes her attitude or quits because her behavior is dampening the moods of all customers.

They need to recalibrate their espresso machines... All the espresso is pulling really weak. They remade my drink and others in the store, but it's not any better.

The team working 12/20/23 in the morning is incredibly rude. Short Hispanic girl gave me the rudest look because I asked for my drink to be fixed. Customer service is trash. Brought my little girl in for some Starbucks because we love going during Christmas time, horrible customer service, for months now this place seems to be going downhill. The drinks are so bad and when you ask them to fix it they look at you ugly. Is this not part of your job? We certainly aren’t paying for $5 dollar coffees so they can taste awful.

This one is hardly ever as busy as the others, so that's a plus.When pulling up to the drive thru at 745pm we were greeted with a message that they were closed, but it was interrupted by an employee willing to take our order.It was late, so I was just getting hot chocolate. It was tasty, but half of it was foam that depleted within a minute of receiving the drink. This also makes the drink super sweet as there is not enough milk to dilute the syrup.I didn't order a cappuccino, and if I did, the foam would have lasted longer had it been done right. Just steam more milk if you messed up and didn't make enough. It literally takes seconds and there was absolutely no other customer there.

I order three drinks yesterday and every one of them was wrong. I ordered thee venti drinks and two of them were not filled to the top. 3/4 full and each of the drinks didn't have the espresso shots in them . All just straight milk and sweetener, I like could barely taste the coffee that day. And one of my drinks was a frappe and they blended jt with almost no ice so it was just like a frothy cup of melted ice coffee basically. Was like drinking melted ice cream or something since it was in a blender. Idk it was weird. I'll never go to this location again especially since I spent like 19 bucks for those drinks and they were all crap.

I came in at 7:15 and it’s been 30+ minutes. The fact that the same person makes drinks inside and does online orders is crazy. This is the worse system for busy days. The barista just told me she doesn’t even see my ticket

Sarah made it RIGHT!I walked in this morning and explained to Sarah that I had made an honest mistake of forgetting to redeem my birthday drink yesterday. She listened and was compassionate. She did not hesitate to make this right for her customer. She took the time to educate me about the redemption process and wished me a happy birthday. Thank you for making my day Sarah!

This location is fairly busy every time so there's a wait, but staff are friendly. Always use the drive thru only so really can't say much about the atmosphere.
