The owner of the Starbucks is a very outgoing and friendly person who knows how to pick a good staff! I love coming to this location each one of the employees are so kind.

I ordered a full price and give me a half cup. I talked to the girl said that they had a measure cup to make so I just screwed but other store not like that, can Starbucks management investigate this store ?

Holidays at Starbucks are never easy. Even less so for the stores located within malls. The crew today was super busy, customers were lined up inside as well as outside. Nevertheless the crew was providing outstanding customer service, maintaining customer areas and the bar clean, pumping out the drinks and food, and consistently communicating to ensure flow and that they didn't run into each other with the pace they were keeping up. I especially want to recognize Ms. Han. She had the hot bar to herself but didn't let up and didn't let herself get frustrated. She had a mask on but despite that, you could see the smile in her eyes as she greeted and handed off drinks to customers. As a former Partner & Store Manager from Miami, it's still something that makes me #ProudToBeAPartner & I simply wanted this store & its partners to be highlighted and recognized. Happy New Year Team!

No blond roast. I find myself at times where Starbucks is my only coffee option. For a while the blond roast at least gave a palatable option, then stores would advertise it but not brew it, then it had to be a pour over, now it seems to have disappeared from most of the Starbucks menus. So... bitter acidic coffee in a bookstore with tall ceilings and cavernous echoes, even at low decibel levels. I asked for an Americano figuring that was my safest bet. McDonald's hot, it was still to hot to hold with a thermal wrap by the time the rest of my family had coffeed, shopped, and checked out. Ended up in the trash.

The barista that you guys had was absolutely terrible…. Arguing and trying to coffee educate me on how coffees are made and how he can’t make what I ordered hits when I clearly order the same thing every single time. On top of that he’s arguing with me in front of customers and since he was so busy arguing he got my other order WRONG…. At this point that I told him I can see the frustration in his face as I’m sure he can see it in mine. I took my drinks. I had to throw one away it was awful. He did offer to remake me the second one but I told him no… being that because one he was remaking the first one he had us wait an extra 10 min….. this happened Saturday night around 7:25pm. Please teach your staff patience and professionalism.

I came in today grumpy as can be and Denise kept asking questions about how I’m doing. It initially was annoying because I didn’t want to talk to anybody, but her kindness helped me let go of my anger because she reminded me that in the world has lots of nice people in it. This is exactly what a Starbucks experience is supposed to be. ‘Make your day’ level of service.

I go in it is 10 o’clock in the morning they do not have a bowl coffee. They do not have any inside seatiing. The outside seating is in the blazing sun with no cover. One of the barista‘s told me if I wanted to work from someplace to go to a different café that’s across from Apple. They said they could make me an Americano but we know that’s just water down espresso. Now I know why their rating is low.
Always drinks made correctly and great customer service.
