Drive thru person was not helpful at all because she does not know Starbucks products. She blew me off when I tried to help her by explaining the drink I ordered. She didn’t acknowledge us when we pulled up to the window. She ignored us cause she was too busy talking to customer behind me in line at the drive thru. I wish I got her name so I could complain to the Manager. She lacks in customer service and should be trained on how to talk to and treat people. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner and/or manager to this store. We went on 4/21/24 at 12:32 pm and the store was not busy so there was no reason for her to treat us the way she did. I will never come to this location again!

Had to go inside because card reader at drive through is down. Asked for my usual banana nut bread warmed up and almond milk frappe with whip cream but whip was not included, so when I mentioned keep whip the barista began to argue with me asking how I could order an almond milk but keep the whip cream because whip cream is dairy, and how it was a “little weird” to ask for this, then went back and whispered something to coworker and they laughed, maybe it was not about me but the whole scenario seemed pretentious. By then my bread was cold and I asked for it to be reheated and barista with blue hair just gave me the dead mackerel eyes for what seemed like eternity before saying that I’ll have to get at end of line as they were busy. Bathroom was also a mess. Will not be back to this location.

Great experience at this location! We were in town for the rodeo, and we stopped here for coffee & breakfast. Thank you for the fast, friendly service. We enjoyed our visit!

The store was very clean and well maintained. The young man who helped me was friendly and helpful. I asked for something sweet . He recommended the carnel crunch Frappuccino. He helped to decide which cup since I wasn't familiar with all the cup sizes . The service was prompt. The Frappuccino was delicious. I recommended this place . I had great service .
