I walked in on 4/04 and waited so long I left. But decided to try them again on 4/06 thinking maybe they were just short staffed previously. When I walked in the employees did not have on hats or hair nets. One was wearing basketball shorts and the other was wearing pajama pants. They were very unclean in appearance. They also drowned my sandwiches in mayo and very sloppily put them together. There was so much mayo we couldn't finish eating them.

I ordered a sandwich at 1:00pm the app said it’ll be ready at 1:15 still sat there for another 30 minutes ( order wasn’t even started with ) Have gone here before but this is the second time I show up with an online order ready for pick up and hadn’t even started with it , then other people came in with the same problem , seems they take care of the walk in customers first , like why say in the app it’s ready and good to go then? The sandwiches however are delicious honestly my problem would just be on how they handle online orders .didnt even apologize for the wait .

I have been coming to this Subway for 2 years. Today I think I lost my patience with this place. I order a foot long Boss once a week. Per the ingredients posted on their signage the Boss includes parmesan cheese. The shift leader, older black lady, corrected me and claims Parmesan cheese is NOT included. I told her it’s in your list of included ingredients! She gave me a mean stare answered with an attitude and gave me my sandwich. She replied, “ I went ahead and added the cheese only by request”, but it’s not included and slammed the drive thru window.Why have I been wasting my money here?

Clean restaurant. Their attention to food safety was my first tell that they were professional. Very friendly and expedient. This was by far the cleanest and most squared away subway I have been to. Excellent job guys. Can't wait to visit again. Ty for a great experience and I am looking forward to seeing you again. Highly recommend this location. ?Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely ADA compliant.

I wouldn't normally critique a Subway but this location is quite exceptional. You are greeted as soon as you enter the store. The store is clean and modern with usb plugs in the walls behind seats. We asked which was the freshest bread and the manager, instead of giving the expected answer "they're all fresh!", actually tested each type and declared the wheat to be the freshest. I had the chicken teriyaki and my wife had the club. Both were great. Fresh ingredients and meticulously put together. I have to remark on the music which is normally loud and obnoxious in such places, urging me to gulp the food down and exit, but this time it was middle of the road in taste and just loud enough so that you could actually have a conversation without raising you voice. The toilets were hygienic and maintained. All in all, a satisfying experience that will, without doubt, bring us back.Parking: 12 plus

This is for everyone who complains about the drive thru it is often closed because we are short staffed and sometimes it takes longer to get you your food because when theres a line inside we have the get them and also get the people in the drive thru. We need at least 4 people here to run a drive thru we need people on line to serve customers and someone to be at the drive thru so stop complaining. Its not up to us to open the drive thru its up to our manager and if we arent short staffed.

Says online and on the door that this location closes at 10:30 on Friday nights. Went at 10:00 and the door was locked and the employee yelled through the door that they were closed. Didn't even look from his phone.
