I come here often. I get the same sandwich all the time. my sandwich order NEVER changes but the way they make the sandwich does all the time. One day my meat(ham & turkey) come folded which makes the sandwich look full another day it is flat which is only 2 slices of ham 2 slices of turkey which I don’t think that is how they are supposed to make it but they need have retain their employees on how to make these sandwiches the correct and proper way!!

The veggies were horrible, the little girl who assisted me was distracted holding a conversation with another employee not listening to my order constantly making me repeat myself. In the end, she charged everything individually instead of as a combo. I asked her to pls charge it as combo n she refused. I left her my food as donation to feed herself n went else where with much better service. It had been a long time since I went anywhere with such awful service.

Ordered food online arrived at restaurant frank was still making food sat down upon getting drinks informed the girl he was working with you got the drinks didn't taste like it was just pure carbonation he said I just changed the boxes so it should be fine she apologized and tried to fix it while trying to not hold up her line then sitting down opening our sandwiches realize my husband sandwich was made wrong I went back up there to tell him he had an attitude and told other girl just get the sandwich back and remake it she apologized for his mistake I told her she's not the one whose wrong he left to go make bread leaving her to re make my sandwich and had a line of customers waiting he didn't try to assist her until I sat down so she deserves a raise but as long as frank is here I will never come back to this subway

Meatball subs were dry maybe a teaspoon of sauce,also ask for subs to be cut in half and baked separately they only cut them in half..
The service was terrible. I was picking up a door dash order and they hadn't even started it. One girl was doing everyone's orders while the other girl in messy hair and baggy clothes was on her phone pretending to wipe tables. This was Sunday night btw 9/3/23. Managers please do better this place is filthy and hot and the workers seem to have no care.
