I typically try to refrain from directly calling employees out in reviews, but the lady behind the counter has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered at any food establishment. Didn’t say a word to me while making my sandwich, just looked and started and waited for me to respond. Not to mention the minute amount of meat she put on my foot long sandwich wouldn’t even fill a 5 year old kid up. I ate inside and also observed her being rude to a lady who ordered online and was given the wrong cookies, she just looked at her and said we’re out of chocolate chip, and went back to ignoring the both the lady standing there with a refund issue and the man she was making a sandwich for. I’d definitely look into this behavior as it’s not appropriate to treat customers this way

Walked in about 30 minutes after they open. Nothing was out no meat no veggies. Nothing was said to me. I just stood there as she was doing something with her camera. I was not acknowledged at all. I see why they never have any service here. They should be shut down. Terrible service.

They didn't have all the options of bread, the bread I chose was burned, they did not have certain cheese they didn't have certain meat the kid tried to make me a sandwich but he didn't have a lot to work with they didn't have any tea in the store. Pretty bad.

I ordered online through the subway app from the Subway at 6811 San Pedro Ave. in San Antonio, Texas. After about 20 minutes, I noticed that they used a DoorDasher For delivery and I was able to track the Dasher. But on the Dasher screen, I noticed that there was only one item when I actually ordered two sandwiches, so I called the store on San Pedro and the order never even went through their computer system. I checked the app for my debit card, and the money had already been taken out. The girl at the store was very helpful and it wasn’t her fault, but I just questioned why the manager never spoke to me directly. Situations like these should be handled by management not by employees trying to take care of all the other customers. This happened about 40 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. So obviously, there’s a problem with the SUBWAY® app and it needs to be corrected. About 10 minutes after I spoke to the girl at the subway I went to the SUBWAY® app again and it told me that it canceled or voided the order but yet the money isn’t back on my debit card. Now I have a week to wait before I get that money back and that prevents me from re-ordering Subway again. And I’m still waiting for a call from management.

Prices here are just ridiculous. Barely any chicken on the sub and so little of the sauce that had to check if they even put any on it. Subway is just going down hill.

I have become a custom to eating healthier more so now after losing 155 lbs. Part of my weight loss was due to the lap band surgery in 2013. 10 yrs later, weighing 185 lbs. today. It's real hard I mean really hard to stick to what you know is NOT good for me to eat! I was impressed with LA & Anthony at this Subway location. LA & Anthony were polite, friendly, kind, informative, cordial and professional. I also enjoyed my turkey sandwich once I arrived home? Thanks to District Manager and General Manager at this location 6811 San Pedro Ave @ Oblate Dr. For having excellent customer service to recognize to your company having two great Subway Representatives here working hard! Stay safe. CGR???????
