The wait was ok. The lady helping us had a full beard that wasn’t the issue the issue was that she wasn’t wearing a beard guard. They said that they didn’t sell the salt and vinegar chips at all, surprised me. The workers were friendly but not at all fast. Our table was dirty but it clean up with a napkin. I don’t recommend coming around 3:30-4 when all the school area kids are hanging around.

Ordered for pickup. Food wasn't ready when I arrived. There were two employees and a manager. Only one employee was working. The manager was talking and joking with the other employee. My two subs were 20 minutes late because the manager didn't want her or the other employee to work. The gentleman apologized about the wait and kept asking for help but the manager ignored him. Finally, the other employee came and made my sandwiches after ignoring me and said they were busy before and that's why no one made my sandwiches. Everyone could hear their jokes and laughing when they were refusing to work. Overall, a terrible experience and the sandwiches were made very sloppily. I felt bad for the male employee who had to work alone while the others ignored him and his requests for help.

No greetings, dirty tables, dirty floor, saw an employee wipe his nose and continue to make sandwiches. One of my sandwiches was cold inside and the other was made wrong and after asking politely an employee got upset that we wanted them to fix it. Ask what the problem was 3 times in a condescending manner. Lady in charge also got upset. Need some serious training for those employees in every way.
Actually ordered food online but man they were prepared very well. Delicious and put together exactly how I wanted them...there was a young man and a woman there. Cudos to both of you!!!

If you order for curbside, it will be hit and miss since this location is always busy. If you order curbside and it’s not available in the time promised, walk inside. Chances are they are ready.

I always get the chicken bacon ranch with strips but today I was charged for a grilled chicken sandwich add bacon extra cheese. If I was gone be charged extra I should have been told at the first start of my sandwich. I will not be returning.
