I was sitting with my wife for dinner, when her and I started talking about gay marriage. I said my input and biblical view on it. 2 mins later they send a waitress out saying we said our waitress Alexis was stupid or dumb the messenger couldn’t get her story straight she said they’d refuse to serve us and the proceeded to ask if we wanted another waitress we were puzzled and the messenger said another waitress over heard us. Heads up! The photo is from a different location!!! My husband and I just left this location after being told our server was uncomfortable because another server said we called her stupid then later said we called her dumb. Which we never did. In fact, seconds prior to being approached I had complimented her for being “sweet” after getting my husband a bottled water since she served him tap water and he didn’t like it. Never once did we call Alexis a name. To be honest, the place was empty and seemed a bit slow compared to other times we have gone months ago. I am assuming the staff and management is struggling. We happily decided to leave and take our business and tip to another location. Definitely won’t be back to this one! I have never had an issue like this before and am completely shocked. Save yourself the surprise and enjoy your sushi at another location!!! (:

The food was delicious, until I pulled a large piece of plastic wrapper out of my mouth after eating one of my Cosimo sushi rolls. Also, the gnat situation is out of control. The service was great though.

Waiting for the waitress is no fun. Ordered food and every time it was a waiting game. Shared dessert with 3 people with 1 fork since she didn't come back for a long time. And there was nobody in the restaurant! Food was excellent!

Food was great as always, and happy hour was an added bonus. Service was fast and very nice. However we were sat towards the back of the restaurant which isn’t the problem in itself, but there was a large number of fruit flies around the table. They were landing on the food and drinks and hands. Not sure if this is a known issue or something new but it needs to be fixed.

Was craving some sushi and my waiter recommended the LIR Roll. Had a little bit of heat but it wasn’t too bad. The only down side is that there was not enough of it. So if you’re really hungry, get two rolls. Really nice looking place. Food and drink came fast. I would go back again.

Blacks not welcome should be their slogan. Brunette white bartender with glasses refused to serve me or take my order. I waited ten minutes after getting water while ahead ignored me, I signaled her that I was ready to order, extremely politely. At first I dismissed her ignoring me as her being bad at her job, but then two older white women came in she got their drinks then immediately went back to them to get their order at this point another 5 min had past and she had attended to 4 other bar guests still ignoring me. I don’t recommend going solo if you are black. Shame on the managers for tolerating discriminating staff
