My first time eating at Sweetgreens but always wanted to try it. I really enjoyed it. Everything was super fresh and tasty but beyond that, it felt special. I felt like I was having something worth eating. I had the Shroomami bowl with tofu and it was amazing! Loved it. Would definitely come here again. I see what all the hype is about. So good.

Stopped by here on a whim. Large selection of greens for your salad bowl. The server was helpful in explaining the house selections and dressings and made helpful suggestions based on our preferences of ingredients. Some folks love these healthy salad places, but I personally won't be back. My bowl of greens and grilled chicken breast was decent but not exactly a hardy meal. If you are into fresh veggies and similar fare, please don't hesitate to stop in. I would recommend Sweet Greens for those looking for very healthy meal options. The staff is great, friendly, and informative. The place has ample seating options for enjoying your meal inside or outside. Right across from Trader Joe's.

I ordered online for delivery last week and needed help with the delivery time. You cannot speak to anyone in the store if there’s an issue. You can communicate by text but it didn’t address my problem. I emailed customer service that is anything but helpful. The service charge amount is outrageous, my delivery was wrong and the only response I received was thanks for the feedback. I wont be back ever.

My food was delicious, I often go to the downtown Austin location and am familiar with the food options. From the moment I walked in, not a single employee acknowledged me or addressed me. There was an employee working to go orders who's only effort was to avoid eye contact. After 10 minutes waiting in line and seeing 3 more customers line up to order the to-go order maker still not addressing us to leg us know someone would help out shortly went to the back where we saw an employee mopping tell them something but yet the two employees walk over to the to-go area instead of addressing the growing line of customers!! We then see two more employees at this point still not being addressed I loudly ask to be helped. Finally an employee comes over does not appologize or even offer a hello or welcome just looks at me and asks what do you want. I work so close and really love the idea and the food but the staff is lacking in customer service and a sense of urgency I hope it gets better because the food is great.

Delicious food and PHENOMENAL service. My friend and I were helped by a worker named Lalita (I think!) who was beyond kind and helpful. She was super sweet with my friend's son as well!
Similar set up to Salata - sleek tables, order on the line. There's a blackboard with listing of locations cheeses and veggies are from. Choose from menu of specific plates, bowls, and salads or build your own. Friendly servers build the plate or bowl for you. The vegetables were fresh and beautiful, very nice selection. Good protein options, too. I liked the way all of the veggies were chopped very small - no knives are offered to diners, and I actually didn't need one! Delicious dressing options in SM/MED/LG amounts. Slice of sourdough bread comes with the entree. We also got an order of the focasia bread - soft and super tasty. Definitely will add sweetgreen to our list of places to return!

This was a quick pop-in lunch meal after shopping at Trader Joe's. It has much to be desired when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. First and foremost, the food was not restocked, and the guy had to scrape up enough chicken to even make my order. When asked what items were, he was extremely clueless and was trying to read directions on how to make the order. This place is overpriced, and the food was cold and not fresh at all.

Now I have been coming here more than several times since it opened but yesterday was rather shocking to see the store looked unkept, trash flowing, every table was filthy, floor was very dirty along with leaving me to wipe my own table down. Yet the food was amazing as always, I was just concerned to see the upkeep of this store be so neglected. Presentation such as can leave customers not wanting to return. I will return of course but truly hoping for a different outcome of what I saw yesterday late afternoon BBQ Chicken Bowl yummy
