Ive never had an issue here with the food or service. The two stars off is for the dire need of the drive thru screen/speaker system needing fixed. I ordered today and thought the person taking my order heard my order correctly. I only had this opportunity to go grab food before work for me and one other person. Sadly something was missed. I could tell it was hard for the person inside to hear. I should of had them repeat the order back to me, but i ended up with a drink and a taco, instead of a chicken quesadilla combo. The other item i ordered was perfect but that was not for me. I wasnt charged for a meal i didnt recieve but I feel issues with the speaker/mic in the drive thru did not help the person trying to get my order. Management please fix the screen and the speaker system. Had i been able to see the order on the screen, which appears to be broken, I could of corrected the employee and not been stuck without a full meal for the next 12 hours at work.

So this is my 1st time getting Taco Bell's chicken chalupa supreme it was over $5 I would rate the cost as $3 they put very little chicken and and it wasn't filling but it was just OK . I don't think I would get it again but I'll try something new next time. Also last night 1-09-22 they were out of beef....?♀️ went to drive thru

Website states this taco bell closes at Midnight. I called the employee onduty Wednesday night Nov 24th 2021 at 23:17 hours told me you guys close at 22:00 hours. If that's true fix your website and if not I'd look at hiring new employees who aren't milking the clock.

I just don’t get it.I just went there to order the chipotle melts and was told that I couldn’t receive my order because they were out of chicken.Funny thing is,this Taco Bell is connected to a Kentucky fried chicken.We’re they out of chicken too?Thank you to the Taco Bell on marbach rd for actually making my order…..

5 star service at this location today. The neighborhood might be dicey but the ladies at the drive thru window were efficient and helpful and super friendly. Ordered 4 chicken sandwich combos for around 30$ not a bad price to feed the fam.
I came in with my family today and received great customer service from ms. Kimberly and another young lady named Zaranae. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh. It’s the best service I have gotten from a KFC-Taco combo. Keep up the great service ladies.

the line was bit long, but that's understandable, since a lot of places are shorthanded, however, my food was out pretty quickly, and the portioning was very good, everything was fresh, and every item was in there, thank you for keeping the good service. I 100 % recommend this location

orderd a 12 pack of tacos .crispy [hard shell]the shells were old and soggy .taste was awful.couldn't even pass em on if I wanted to..no one answered the phone to fix my order .just the worst.stay away from this location.
