Have received sloppily made food on many occasions. Today was my final trip to this location. I order roughly 10 items off the menu not a single one is correct. I find out after driving 20 minutes home just to have to drive back. Staff was unapologetic and acted like i was an inconvinence for receiving the wrong order. If i was petty enough i would take this location to small claims court for the gas money i had to waste just to get the correct order of food. I will no longer go to this subpar location.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service and our food was ice cold!!!! I walked in to pick up my mobile order and was ignored. The 2 ladies were too wrapped up in ordering for THEMSELVES! Whispering and using hand signals like they were up to something…almost seemed like they were stealing because they were acting very secretive like they didn’t want me to hear what they were saying. I finally said: my order is on the shelf. Can I just get my order so I can leave? The black girl said: oh, I thought you were needing to order now.” Like that makes it even worse that a customer has to wait on you because you want to take your sweet time and not even call for someone to take the order but make the customer stand there for forever! Ridiculous! Save your money and go elsewhere! These idiots only care about themselves and a paycheck.

I decided to drive down Culebra to grab Taco Bell for lunch. I used the drive thru and ordered 2 Beef Chalupa supreme’s and 1 order of Chips N Cheese. Once I got back to my place of employment I opened up my bag ready to eat my lunch and well the pictures I posted speak for themselves. I definitely WILL NOT be returning to the Taco Bell Culebra location.

I hate when people are rude and just toss the food bag like sorry..Just because you have to work Easter Day doesn’t mean you have to be ugly to your customers. TacoBell Im very disappointed in your customer service. Never in my life have I got my food tossed at me. For something that you guys made wrong.So to the TacoBell on 11215 culebra rd San Antonio 78254To the lady with the blonde/ greenish hair I really hope you realize how wrong that was

The person serving at the drive-thru who is rude simply throws away your food and speaks rudely to you if he doesn't like you. He gave me my food in a bad way and when I threw it away it spilled everything I'm very angry woman with blonde hair dyed green it's sad look for another job other than serving customers

Forgot half my order but put about 50 sauces in there. I’m not kidding I counted 40+ sauce packets.
This is the only Taco Bell that consistently changes out the oil used to fry the Mexican Pizza tostada shells. I've been to several locations in town and have given them all 1-star reviews because their pizzas taste like battery acid. Please keep it up!Also the drive thru is pretty fast

everytime ive come here they've messed up my order somehow. onetime I ordered a 12 box of tacos and they only gave me 8; once i called, they said if i brought my receipt i could get the remaining. this time i ordered one supreme and two normal Doritos locos tacos and received almost no meat cheese and lettuce, and nothing was supreme in the supreme taco except sour cream.
