I order Beef chalupa sup which is almost 6 buck and look at pick really who tells them to put this little bit of meat but they put a ton of lettuce to hide the tiny meat they put never again they should get zero stars

I ordered the grilled steak fries, and this is what I was given. I've tried not to write a negative review about this particular Taco Bell...Google asked for it!! There's an older gentleman with glasses "Art" {a manager} that ensures you experience the best food/service while he's there. If he's not there, your food isn't fresh, and your service sux. The chubby guy {cook} must hate his job, he always has an attitude and has smacked his teeth at me for returning old food.

I love the Doritos locos, delicious tacos, I like the puffy tacos but they always get them cold and I have to tell you the hot ones were one of my favorite places.

Manager Alicia and trainee by the name of joe were very rude and unprofessional to customers and staff. Joe was very disrespectful to employees kept yelling the whole time during our visit. Those employees are human beings who deserve to be respected not talked down to and especially in front of customers.When I address this to the manager Alicia she didn’t want to hear our concerns and rolled her eyes , had attitude and stated she didn’t ask for our advise also that all managers are like that -general manager as well. I have yet to get a call back from anyone regarding this issue.Also joe stated they were short staffed and told us to use to kiosk to order , yet when we asked one employee for the managers name and trainee they then sent the employee home for telling us. That whole experience was just a sad situation. I felt so bad for the employees.Manager and trainee need better training and a better attitude especially when working customer service and management position. ?
