We've gone here twice for breakfast and it's been awful both times. Very long wait in the drive-thru for basic fast food, didn't move for like 10 minutes, but I was stuck and couldn't leave. Food was not good. I've learned my lesson, won't be back.

There was a line in the drive thru and it moved slowly. I get to the mic and announce that I have an app promo. The guys says come to the window so I wait in line. When I finally get to the window they're charging me but I hadn't ordered yet. So I explained to the lady at the window that a guy on the mic told me to drive up and I announced my promo again. I also added a condiment at that point. So after about eight minutes (because they experienced some difficulty in redeeming a promo code) I'm handed a bag and I'm glad I checked because naturally the condiment was not in the bag. I sit there and wait for the lady and she comes to the window and asks if I had another order. Like....she took my (one) order at the window, so I asked again for my condiment and she hands me one. I guess you have to specify the number of condiments that you desire. So this visit wasn't a smooth one. Maybe next time they'll be more customer oriented and hopefully a lot more friendly.
No one knew how to place an order. The staff is confused about what they do. I asked for a double enchilada dinner and instead of giving me just one dinner they gave me two wasting my money and the food. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

What? I just wanted to order some food and the guy taking orders at the drive-thru was aggressive and sounded like he wanted to fight. I didn't bring attitude, so why are you serving attitude?!Ended up leaving because I don't trust that guy handling anything I'm eating.Seriously. Customer service does suck, but if it's that difficult for you, find something else.

The wait was definitely worth it. I waited probably 5-10 minutes to place my order and around 15 minutes to get my food. But the serving size made up for the wait. And the food had excellent taste. I will definitely
