I rcvd my ordered from them via Uber Eats on 4/16/24. The horchata is watered down & too much ice added on top of the watered down flavor.My steak casero taco ? barely had any meat! It’s mostly beans&rice in the taco! The Fidel soup tasted like it was scooped out the top of a pot that got burned. The only thing that was a bargain & worth the price was the chips for 4-6 ppl. It comes in a gigantic bag, but it needs to be closed securely when delivered. The security bag was torn and the bag of chips was wide open. I lived in San Diego,CA & now I’m here in San Antonio & wanted to see the debate about which Mexican food is better(TexMex or CaliMex). San Diego’s portions & flavor are bigger & better compare to what I got here.

The prices, of course soared but the tacos are skimpy as hell. Prices go up and tacos don't deliver. They hardly even put fajitas like the other palenques.

Drive thru experience is getting worse and worse. Just looking for something quick and easy on my way home from a long day. Waited almost 15 minutes for a baked potato while all the cars behind me got their orders. I also had to park practically on the street just to be honked at when people couldn’t go around. It was a great time ?? I also don’t mind at all waiting a week to get my refund. Manager asked if I wanted something else as if I’d like to wait and be honked at for several more minutes.

This is a chain of Tex-Mex restaurants that is growing and thriving...in Texas. Lotta competition! But I can see why they are doing well: the food is delicious! I had street tacos and refried beans...soo good. The Matamoros taco is really good, too.

Manager did not want to confront me when I called him out on green enchiladas being somewhat dry.upon calling they told me he was out then they said he was busy.first phone call they hung up when I mentioned who was calling them and asked to speak to manager.then lady answers but also refuses to give me her name.place has been going down the drain for a while.managers suck verga like never before.dont go here.
