Had me scratching the table it's so good.Went here while waiting for food next door and I got a mango green tea with tapioca boba and my cousin (it's their bday ?) got a milk honeydew with tapioca and it's so good. Both drinks and so good and the people were so nice and the place it a very cute place to hang out. Recommend very much!!!Vegetarian options: They mostly serve drinks and you can get non dairy drinks.Parking: It is in a shopping mall so there is parking.Kid-friendliness: There was actually a kid in there when we walked in so I'd say pretty friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking right out front and it is wheelchair accessible.

Their boba is poorly prepared, gummy and n the outside and still hard inside. The flavor of the drink I had was very weak. Not to mention the workers spent the whole time chit chatting with each other but we're pretty rude when taking orders.

My chai tea with milk was mixed by hand, and this was 10 minutes after I ordered it. The kid working there was on the phone for 10 minutes until I gave him a stare down saying where’s my tea. Not saying anything he quickly grabbed a spoon a mixed my tea by hand, terrible quality. I won’t be coming back here.

This is first time we been there , the costumer service was bad , also the boba tea machiato that was given to my daughter hadn’t any taste it was closely a cup of water, and when we asked them to change it they refused and charged us the next one with full price. Never go there again and I don’t recommend it. I wish i could give them zero.

I was not planning to reviee but I need to since it came up while looking for other tapioca place. The people that work there is.super rude, starting from the manager, usually employes learn from managers that it's okay to be rude and laugh n talk basically on the back of customers or maybe I'm assuming buuut I was asking for a blend tapioca and wanted to make sure it was blend and this person didn't like it me making sure it's blend and turn her back and started talking in her Asian language n the other person laughed, rude! And then I went again (**** me) and the cashier lady with a bored, not welcoming at all face, well my fiance thought her attitude is not worth not going again, said why would you give your money to rudepeople, and truth.

Graciously friendly staff and service! Came in as a group. Was greeted very courteously and was amazed by the amount of selections they had. This milk tea place had the most I've ever seen on their menu. I had ordered a large Taro milk tea (no ice) with red bean and didn't realize I didn't get the red bean in it until one of the staff caught the mistake and offered me complimentary macaroons. Interior was clean and set up nicely. Chairs were comfortable to sit for extended periods of time. Also, the vibe felt very casual.

Did they hire someone new? Out of 4 drinks we got, all four drinks didn't taste the same as our previous visits. They were waaaaay to sweet :(The coconut looked and tasted so weird. We even ordered a green tea bobba tea half sugar and still was extremely sweet.
