We arrived at 3pmSeat at 320pm... We got drinks and order placed at 330pm.... Our waiter checked in on us every 5-7 minutes..,.at 4pm other tables got there food we were still waiting.….asked a server about our food.... Then asked a manager the same question.... No response other than "I will check" Never came back to table.... I guess they just did not care. At 430.... Decided I had enough. Asked another server to charge me for my drinks and bread.... He didn't know what to charge.... He went to the server gathering spot laugh with the manager about how to handle this situation.... As I walked up and saw them laughing., I stated yes I am the one who asked for drink check... He got nervous and embarrassed so he comp the drinksNEVER HAD THE BAS OF AN EXPERIENCE AT THE SE ROAD HOUSE..... THEY WERE MOT THAT BUSY...DO BETTER maybe a customer service class or two and better management classes as well.

Sat and waited a hour and a half AND COUNTING for our food . It’s a Thursday. Not busy. Just poor staff. Our waitress didn’t even attend to us to let us know what’s going on. Roadhouse is good but my time and experience is more important. Go somewhere else

It was a little busy for a sunday, so the service was a little slow. They were out of prime rib, bummer. The cheese and bacon fries were good. My ribs were good. My sons steak was a bit overcooked. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Overall, the dinner was ok.

The food was not good at all. The ribs were dry like heck. The bake potato was over cooked and very salty. The steaks were okay. However they were dry. Over crowded the servers were not good. They were slow.

The food was awesome. Everything my husband and I ordered was so good! The service however was way below what we expected. Our waitress kept telling us she couldn't get bread because it was being made but we watched about 6 groups of ppl be seated after us and given bread. Our appetizers came, still no bread. Our plates came, still no bread. Finally we had to ask a different waitress if we could have some and she brought it to us in less than a minute. Our waitress also didn't return after our food was served. Idk what was going on with her but it gave us an unwelcoming feeling.
