Been here twice, food was mediocre both times. IHOP is better. Prices aren’t listed on the menu. Service was fine. The syrup is super watery which made the pancakes soggy. How are you gonna be a pancake house and have terrible watery syrup??

Very excellent service. Waffles and eggs were very good. Brought out a whole plastic bottle of honey instead of a little plastic packet !

Wont be back! Total opposite of family friendly IHOP, Very upiddy, annoyed, angry, manager who doesn't want customers that aren't of a certain class. She had the nerve to tell my ( just turned adult ) kid & friends "shed see them out." They were there celebrating 2 birthdays & told they cant sing Happy Birthday in there.1st & only time 4 this place 4 us.Perfect atmosphere & service 4 snotty upiddy entitled rich ppl bc that's who they cater too & want inside. Not family friendly unless the mom carries a LV purse. We'll stick w/ good ole IHOP from now on- instead of this poorly managed place ;) Coffee was very watered down & the only food decent are the pancakes.

First time eating here and it was a great experience. The server Ryan was really nice and attentive. The apple cinnamon pancakes were delicious and so was the coffee. Definitely worth the wait. A must try :)
