We enjoyed our date night a lot! Our waitress was very attentive and kind. We had the Wisconsin Cheddar for the first course and it was very good! For the entrée we picked the tempura batter and European style fondue and that was delicious and a lot of fun. We weren't too impressed by the milk chocolate. Other than that this location was great. At the beginning of our dinner there was a table with a group of extremely loud kids behind us which apparently were dropped off by their parents and I guess the restaurant was supposed to babysit while no parent was in sight. To whoever those parents are: shame on you. Your kids are lacking manners and etiquette and shouldn't behave this bothersome in public. Teach them some manners or don't leave them unsupervised. The staff had to tell them to be quiet multiple times until we all could finally enjoy our meal in peace!!

Used to be one of our favorite places to dine. It was an excellent experience and made everything seem special. Now it seems rushed (most courses are pre cooked and no longer prepared table-side) so the “experience” is diminished. Not sure prices are still a value for the overall production.

My fiancé and I don't get out enough for date night but when we do we always end up here. They have wonderful service and amazing food. You can get a more private booth if you are needing that Intimacy or quiet time. We have two small kiddos so it's always needed. We've never been let down by an experience here and always recommend the melting pot!

I have been coming to the melting pot for a decade now and it has never disappointed. The norm is to have four courses, cheese, salad, meat, and chocolate. For me the cheese is the best part of the whole dinner. Highly recommend to make reservations as each dinner could take a couple hours from start to end. I would just suggest to get drinks before or after going, as they can been expensive there. Overall this a perfect place for a date night. For two people it would about at least $100.Parking: Can get full at peak time.

We celebrated our 28th anniversary, I got the 5 course deal, expensive but we'll worth it, we enjoyed the food and the drinks. They had a table for us with flowers and a card, which we thought it was a nice touch. The reason I gave it a 3 for atmosphere, and perhaps I'm being picky, but when we walked in they took us straight to our booth so I didn't really see the place, our booth was very private but small, we barely mange with all the stuff on the table, a bit awckward honestly, other than that, service was fantastic, food was great, we will go back for sure.

This is the 4th Melting Pot location I've been to and all have been of similarly great atmosphere and food. It's a fun experience for a date night and the food is good. For a couple, expect to spend around $150-200 for all 4 courses (cheese fondue, salad, entree, and desert) with drinks.

fun experience! My girlfriend and I did the 5 course meal experience and it was very fun. I personally think it was over priced overall and would probably not go here again because of that. As a one time experience I'm glad we tried it!

More expensive than it should be to cook your own food. Server was a young guy, not always on top of things.

I went for my birthday and we did the big night out dinner for 2, 4 course meal. There was so much variety and options and a varied drink menu. I had the 1975, with edible gold glitter, cotton candy that melts when they pour the drink over it, gin & Prosecco with a rock candy stir stick. It was like the perfect balance of sweet & sour and alcohol. It was very fun!! It took us 3 hours to eat and we definitely left full. Starting with the cheese dipping course, then we had salad, then the meat that we cooked in our chosen style (which was some sort of bullion based broth), then we ended with dessert. We chose the s’mores with 151 for our chocolate fondue and added extra treats for dipping. And as it was my birthday they brought me a plate that was busted with “happy birthday” in cinnamon and sugar with chocolate covered strawberries on it and then as we were leaving the waitress brought me 2 more chocolate covered strawberries. All in all. It was $169. But they have different dinner options and a la carte. Will definitely be going back!!

Go to a Brazilian steakhouse instead. On my ticket it says the servers name is Tehya. Immediately was a drab. We came to celebrate a birthday, 3 adults and 3 kids. One of which didn't even eat. We got autograted for a $52 tip. I really hope they tip share because this girl did not deserve but $20.Felt rushed. She would make comments about other people not doing their job, yet, hello mam you were not either. Multiple times left waiting for a drink refill. Something told me not to even bother with alcohol.Constantly being forgotten about. Did not seem busy last night so not sure what happened. My sister loves this place. This was my first time. I'm not opposed to spending money on good food, but this server made the experience blah for how much money was spent. Not asking for cartwheels and to talk to our table for a long time, just to at least get some drinks refilled. I guess since she knew she was gonna autograt she didn't care. No manager ever came by either for table touches.

Being the first time there was an experience celebrating my nephews birthday. Our host was very nice explaining how everything worked our waiter came to our table he was amazing explaining everything on the menu gave us suggestions on what he liked and what are favorites from guest he took the time to make sure we were sure it's what we wanted to order he was very well knowledgeable on menu and food that they serve (not many servers are as helpful or want to take the time). We were there past closing he made sure we were done there was no rushing which we appreciate it from all the staff sorry about that. My nephew did get a birthday card signed by all staff which was sweet. Thank you Eric O for making my nephews birthday dinner that much more special. Prices were steep but will visit again and nothing is to much when family is happy and the experience and service is amazing. Because of the service Eric game we will return.

Great food and service! Awesome date night for daughters and I.Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t recommend under 6, but being able to cook your own food was definitely a highlight for them. Deserts are always the best!
