While we loved the service and atmosphere, the food was just average for the price. The chicken parm was good, but not any better than Olive Garden. The complimentary bread was the most delicious item on our table. I'd perhaps go back for a steak, but would rather spend the money at a different higher end steakhouse at the same price point.

The food is excellent. I had the chicken parmigiana and my guests had steaks. The drinks were amazing too. The Waite staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I will definitely return if/when I'm in San Antonio.

Despite living in San Antonio for nearly 40 years this was our first time at The Palm. We were impressed! The Lobster Bisque was amazing and the Wedge Salad is perfectly balanced and impressive. The entree specials are equally worth trying something new. Our server Aaron was extremely attentive and very considerate. Also the interior of The Palm is so fun and exciting. Don't hesitate to book a table before your next show, you won't regret it.

Great spot to stop in for a drink and delicious meal. I came in and grabbed lunch with a colleague and stayed for about 2 hours. The ambiance was great and Aaron was a fantastic server. Really appreciate how accommodating and friendly he was. Will definitely stop back in, next time I'm in San Antonio.

This restaurant is fine dining with some fun thrown in. Our wonderful server, Aaron, was attentive and spent a little extra time giving us the history of the caricatures on the walls. He was cheerful, friendly, and provided excellent service. Our food was well seasoned and prepared. We enjoyed our steaks, Caesar salad, and lobster bisque . We were in town for the parade and are glad we made the decision to eat here.

Service was slow. The 3 pasta dishes were all very luke warm. The lamb dish was very good. Comments were made to the manager who was apologetic, offered a round of drinks but not much else.

This place is one of my favorites! We don't come to San Antonio often, but when we do, this place is always a must stop. We really appreciate the ambiance, mood, and food. We always look on the walls for the neat charactures on the wall. Highly recommend.

I had a very nice meal. I tried the soup of the day and had the shrimp sauté . I thought the soup was a little salty, but it was an Italian style egg-drop soup and that could have been intentional. I would have given the food 5 stars, but I had to clean 3 of the 6 of my shrimp before eating. I would expect better from a Landry's (Tillman) restaurants given that they are based on the gulf coast in Houston.

All four entrees that arrived at the table were excellent. Our waitperson was attentive without hovering and provided useful information on the menu options and specials. The wine list is expansive with a wide range of wines and pricing.
Had a wonderful lunch here at the Palm. Dined here the other night and the bartender Frajana remembered my drink order and how I liked my steak. 5 star service but with the comfort of feeling like family. Great spot not on but close to the Riverwalk which is an added bonus.
