This place has the best damned chocolate cake in the entire San Antonio metro area. Order the "1001." The women working there are sweet as the sugar in the cakes. Two downsides: 1) cash only, and; 2) in the middle of nowhere. If you're looking for the perfect chocolate cake for your event, you have now found the place to go.

The cheesecake was delicious although I was told 3 times how they make like (I don't remember the actual number thrown at me but this is close or under) 300 cheesecakes a day. Then why do I have to buy a frozen one if you are making that many fresh? Just an observation.

I ordered a strawberry creme cake for my niece's birthday. The cake was a huge hit! It was perfect and delicious. It was everything I ever want in a cake-flavorful, moist, and with a perfect amount of frosting.They don't seem to carry inventory in the store for purchase and they primarily bake for commercial entities, but make cakes available if they can accommodate. In any event, ordering and picking up was a breeze and everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly and helpful. 10/10 I will absolutely order again for special occasions.

Tried for the first time and the Sampler Cheesecake was amazing. I usually order from Junior’s in NYC but from now on I will be ordering locally with The Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery. Great customer service and I only had to wait a day for turn around time vs waiting a week for a cheesecake from NYC. And the price was affordable for the amount of cheesecake given for the sampler.

Found this place while trying to find some good desserts on our side of the city. We are very satisfied with the cheesecake we purchased. The cheesecake was flavorful and exactly what you expect a cheesecake to smell like, look like and taste like. The cheesecake has a delicate flavor without being overwhelming, the graham cracker crust is just the right amount of firm and has a great flavor all its own. We got the strawberry topping, and while it was a jelly/jam topping it was still good. We prefer fresh strawberries but it didn't take away from the flavor. A few things you should know: 1. It is located in an industrial park but it isn't hard to find. 2. It is not a bakery/panaderia, they do have some items on hand for sale but not everything they offer for sale is available in store. You can't go in there thinking you can pick and choose cookies, cheesecakes, cakes or cupcakes. You'll have to order those items if they don't already have them in stock. Employees were super friendly and helpful with us, considering we went in thinking we were going to see display cases of sweet treats. We are definitely going to go back and I'm already looking forward to ordering a pie soon!

Absolutely fell in love with their cheesecakes!! The turtle one was instantly a hit over the holidays. They are not overwhelmingly sweet and are nice and creamy. The Oreo is definitely my favorite so far, but will definitely be trying more! So yummy!

The strawberry cake is out of this world delicious! I had a slice at Down on Grayson and was hooked. A friend told me that it came from Ultimate. I've purchased whole cakes several times and they were always fabulous. It's in an industrial park and not a fancy place, but the products are top notch!
