Yesterday we came in as a group of 93 adults,6 kids. Instead of getting greeted politely, we were greeted so McDonalds wasn’t an option by a waiter. Which was extremely rude. We had a friend in town and show her around the area and bring her to a Mexican restaurant & it left a bad taste in our mouth. First we don’t even eat McDonalds like at all to even suggest that was rude. The restaurant was empty so to accommodate us wasn’t an issue. We walked out bc i didn’t Want to spend money in an establishment that isn’t family friendly. We took our business to liberty bar which was a way better experience. I understand This isn’t an establishment issue this is a staff issue. Maybe have a talk with your waiters about having some better customer services and or teach them hospitality.

My god this food was so good. The food menu was a fun blend of old classics with new spins. Clearly an amazing chef created this menu. The cocktails were amazing as well, with plenty of delicious smokey mezcal options.

We were pretty much done with our meal before the waitress came by and offered us more tea or water. Need to do a better job on service.

Given the generally good reviews, my wife and I were really disappointed with our experience eating here on April 10. She had the small beef tacos, but found them too greasy and the oil soaked into the tortilla.I had the chicken fajitas, which came with really good beans and grilled veggies, but the star of the dish (grilled chicken) was so bland and dry that I left half of it on my plate.Maybe we just came on a bad night?

Came to San Antonio on a road trip and are staying in a hotel along the Riverwalk. We decided to eat at Tito’s a Mexican Restaurant more into the local neighborhood. Wow, the service was outstanding and very accommodating to my wife’s dietary restrictions. The food was excellent and the portions were plenty. My only complaint was that the music playing was just a little too loud. The prices I felt were very economical for the quality and quantity. Kudos to our hostess she was awesome.Dietary restrictions: My wife cannot eat dairy so they put the cheese on the side.

The food was awesome! The red salsa has just the right amount of kick while being flavorful. I ordered the Tostados de Top Sirloin. Highly recommend along with the house cilantro lime sauce.

I was traveling through San Antonio on a Saturday evening. I stopped in the Southtown area for the night and found this great restaurant. The hours said they were closing at 9 pm. I arrived at about 8 pm, and the restaurant was packed, with more people entering the restaurant while I was there, so I do not believe the hours posted are correct. The restaurant was bustling, but the waitress supplied ample chips and salsa, and I was content. I ordered the enchilada trio special to pick three different specialty enchiladas, which were fantastic. I had an enchilada tejana, a jalapeno cream enchilada, and a chipotle cream enchilada; they were all amazing! The rice and beans were good also. The meal was a great value. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Southtown in San Antonio.

I had the jalepeño chipotle chicken which was very tasty, but there was a very, very long wait for us to get our food.

Chill place, decent food and drinks, only real negative is the bad 00s pop rock they play at the bar, feels like I’m in a doctors office

This is my first visit to Tito's Mexican Rest in south Alamo, San Antonio TX. Not enough staff to support all tables, large group table, demanded much of the attention of waiter staff, forcing smaller tables to wait longer than expected for drink and food order. The skinny margarita is not recommended, flat. Our food order took a long time to cook, the fajitas were not sizzling, and we kept running out of water. I think we will try this place one more time, but all the ratings were misleading. I give 3 star the restaurant because the interior is decorated nicely.
