I guess they don't like people in wheelchairs I sat there in my wheelchair waiting for a good ten minutes before they even took my order. I will not be returning here. I ordered the chicken fajita taco it was horrible it was a to go item. When I got home to eat it some orange grease leaked on my shirt I think they cooked the chicken with chorizo..I don't know what type of cuisine that was. But I'll pass. Next.

Didn't have the Vegan Option that was listed on the menu. I brought my Dad to a different Torchy's (and he loved it) because he's on a strict Vegan diet due to his Kidney issues but this Torchy's were out of the beyond meat Tacos.Vegetarian options: Need to make sure you have what's listed on your menu or take it off.
i’m a regular at torchys as my office is right next to it, unfortunately the quality at this location has gone downhill after hiring a new manager. i’m pregnant & i have the biggest craving for the green chile pork taco today, i received it cold & the pork didn’t look fresh as it usually does. also there’s all young people working there & usually that’s totally fine but they seem distracted & not at all happy to be there.. i’m so sad. :( i miss my old torchys quality & service, i feel like i wasted time/money.

Just got tacos Togo. Pricey but tasty. Everything was just thrown together in my order. Nothing bad nothing exceptional.

I love torchy's. I spend a lot of money at various locations when I'm working 50+ hours a week. I usually dine in and it's great. However every time I order to go they make wimpy skimpy not worth $5+ tacos.My friend avocado from just a few minutes ago only had 1 piece of fried avocado and when I dine in they ALWAYS have two, no matter what location I go to. No pics, I was hungry.Anyway, this has happened to me multiple times with take out orders

Torchys is one of the best taco chains in Texas. Great selection of tacos, drinks and the chips and queso are da BOMB!!! They offer military discount and if you visit the Rim location say hi to Dvante the bartender!!!

The food is good, but overpriced in my opinion for the small portions. $8 for 1 taco, that's a lot!The atmosphere is great though. Perfect for a group of friends to meetup, have a few drinks, and, eat good food.Parking: Need more handicapped parking

Fresh, fresh, and did I say fresh. Such amazing queso, get it Hillbilly. Taco of the month never let's us down. The service is fast and always friendly. Wurzbach location is right around the corner.
